المستخلص: تحدثت في المقدمة عن أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره والدراسات السابقة وتساؤلات البحث ثم بينت منهجي في البحث وخطة البحث، وفي التمهيد تحدثت عن تعريف الحوار لغة واصطلاحا وتاريخ الحوار الإسلامي المسيحي، وفي المبحث الأول تحدثت عن مفهوم الحوار بين الأديان حقيقته وأهدافه وموضوعاته وأنواعه وأحكامه، وفي المبحث الثاني وضحت المؤتمرات واللقاءات للحوار بين الأديان ثم بينت الآثار المترتبة عليها ثم ختمت البحث بالخاتمة والتي اشتملت أهم النتائج: 1- إن الحوار بين الأديان متنوع، منه حوار الدعوة والتعايش والتقارب والوحدة والتوحيد، ولكل واحد خصائصه وأحكامه. 2- إن المؤتمرات واللقاءات التي دارت بين المسلمين والنصارى كان لها آثار إيجابية وأخرى سلبية. أهم المقترحات: 1- إنشاء معاهد أو كليات أو مراكز تكون متخصصة في موضوع الحوار بين الأديان، تتبع المنهج الصحيح، وتتولى مهمة الحوار حتى لا يقع المسلمون في الخطأ، حيث تولى هذا الأمر أناس على غير المنهج الصحيح، فظهرت الآثار السلبية للحوار. 2- تتبع مؤتمرات الحوار ودراستها، فالحوار مازال قائما، والموضوعات تتجدد.

In the introduction, I spoke about the importance of the topic and the reasons for its selection, previous studies and the research pearls, then I showed my methodology in the research and the research plan, and in the introduction I talked about the definition of dialogue language, terminology and history of Muslim-Christian dialogue, and In the first section, I spoke about the concept of interfaith dialogue, its reality, goals, themes, and provisions. In the second section, conferences and meetings for dialogue between religions were clarified, and then their characteristics and provisions, then I’ve showed the implications of it. After that the research then concluded with a conclusion, which included the most important results: 1- The dialogue between religions is diverse, including dialogue of advocacy, coexistence, rapprochement, unity and monotheism, and each one has its own characteristics and provisions. 2- The conferences and meetings that took place between Muslims and Christians had positive and negative effects. The most important recommendations: 1- Establishing institutes, colleges or centers that are specialized in the subject of interfaith dialogue, follow the right approach, and take over the task of dialogue so that Muslims do not make mistakes, in case this was taken over by people who did not take the right approach, and the negative effects of dialogue appeared. 2- Follow the conferences of dialogue and study them, the dialogue is still ongoing, and the topics are renewed.
