المستخلص: هدف البحث التعرف على الأطر النظرية لثقافة حق العودة، ومتطلباته لدى طلاب الجامعات الفلسطينية في دولة فلسطين، بغية الوصول إلى آليات تنمية وتفعيل دور الجامعة باعتبارها أحد أهم الركائز التربوية في تنمية الوعي، وإسهامها بنشر وتنمية ثقافة حق العودة لدى طلابها واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدم البحث أسلوب التحليل البيئي (SWOT)، وذلك للكشف عن نقاط القوة والضعف، والفرص والتهديدات للجامعات الفلسطينية، وقد خلص البحث للنتائج التالية: تعزز ثقافة حق العودة لدى طلاب الجامعات الفلسطينية التمسك بالوطن والانتماء له، والدفاع عنه، ويؤدي نشر ثقافة حق العودة إلى التمسك بالحقوق التاريخية والشرعية للشعب الفلسطيني والتي أكدتها المواثيق الدولية كافة، وضرورة إيجاد بيئة جامعية لتنمية ثقافة حق العودة للوطن من خلال وظائف الجامعة الثلاث، أهمية إبراز انتهاكات الاحتلال الثقافية من خلال إعداد المزيد من الاستطلاعات والمقابلات والبحوث التي تهدف للمطالبة بحماية قانونية للتراث والممتلكات الثقافية الفلسطينية، تفعيل التعاون مع المؤسسات الاجتماعية لمواجهة المشكلات التي تتعلق باللاجئين الفلسطينيين. ومن أهم التوصيات ضرورة اهتمام إدارة الجامعات بالأنشطة والفعاليات التي تنمي ثقافة حق العودة، وضرورة شراكة الجامعات الفلسطينية مع الجامعات العربية والدولية لإجراء بحوث تتعلق بقضية اللاجئين وحق العودة، والتعاون بين الجامعات والمجتمع المحلي لتحقيق تنمية ثقافة حق العودة.

The objective of the research is to identify theoretical frameworks of the culture of return, and its requirements for Palestinian university students in Palestine, in order to access to the mechanisms for the development and activation of the University's role, as one of the most important educational pillars in right the development of awarness as well as its contrbution to the dissemination and devlopment of the right to return culture among its students. The research relied on the descriptive approach, and used SWOT Analysis, in order to reveal both the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats to Palestinian universities. The research concluded of the following results: promoting the culture of return among Palestinian university students, upholding and defending homeland and belonging to it. The dissemination of a culture of the right to return leads to the adherence to the historical and legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, as affirmed in all international instruments. The need to create a university environment to develop a culture of right of repatriation through the University's three functions. The importance of highlighting the cultural violations of occupation through further surveys, interviews, and researches that aimed at demanding legal protection of Palestinian cultural heritage and property. Active cooperation with social institutions to address problems related to Palestine refugees. The most important recommendations: The need for university management's attention to activities and events that develop the culture of return. Palestinian universities need to collaborate with Arab and international universities in order to conduct research on the issue of refugees and the right of return. Cooperation between universities and the community to develop a culture of right of return
