المستخلص: تناول هذا البحث التطبيقات المعاصرة في شراء الأضاحي؛ حيث تناول تعريف الأضحية، وبيان حكمها في الفقه الإسلامي، مبينا صور بيع الأضاحي وأحكامها، حيث بين أحكام صكوك الأضاحي في الفقه الإسلامي، من خلال تعريف صكوك الأضاحي ومميزاتها، والتكييف الفقهي لها، وحكم تمويل النقابات لشراء صكوك الأضاحي، وبين حكم شراء الأضاحي عبر التطبيقات الإلكترونية، وحكم شراء الأضاحي وزنا وتركها عند البائع، من خلال بيان حكم شراء أضحية العيد عن طريق الوزن، وأثر التدليس في وزن الأضحية، والتكييف الفقهي لترك الأضحية عند البائع حتى قبيل العيد، وحكم حجز الأضحية مع تعليق الثمن والوزن أو الوزن حتى الاستلام، من خلال بيان التكييف الفقهي لحجز الأضحية مع تثبيت ثمن الكيلو وتعليق الوزن حتى الاستلام، وبيان التكييف الفقهي لحجز الأضحية المعينة مع تعليق ثمن الكيلو والوزن حتى الاستلام، وتناول البحث بيان تحقيق رغبات المضحين في اقتناء الأضحية عن طريق الوعد بالشراء وعقد السلم.

This research deals with the study of contemporary images of selling sacrificial animals; Where he dealt with the definition of the sacrifice, and the statement of its ruling in Islamic jurisprudence, indicating the images of the sale of sacrifices and their provisions, where he explained the provisions of the sacrificial sukuk in Islamic jurisprudence, through the definition of the sacrificial sukuk and its characteristics, and the jurisprudential adaptation of it, and the ruling on financing syndicates to purchase the sacrificial sukuk, and between the ruling on buying the sacrificial sukuk through applications electronic, and the ruling on buying the sacrifice by weight and leaving it with the seller, by explaining the ruling on buying the Eid sacrifice by weighing, the effect of fraud in the weight of the sacrifice, the jurisprudential conditioning of leaving the sacrifice with the seller until before the Eid, and the ruling on seizing the sacrifice with the suspension of the price and weight or weight until receipt, from Through the statement of the jurisprudential conditioning of the reservation of the sacrifice with fixing the price of the kilo and suspension of the weight until receipt, and the statement of the jurisprudential conditioning of the reservation of the specific sacrifice with the suspension of the price of the kilo and weight until receipt, the research dealt with the statement of fulfilling the desires of the sacrificers to acquire the sacrifice through the promise of purchase and peace.
