|a هدف المقال إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة المديرين للقيادة التحويلية (التأثير المثالي، الدافعية الإلهامية، الاستثارة العقلية، الاعتبارية الفردية) وعلاقتها بالتمكين الإداري من وجهة نظر معلمي مدارس محافظة مادبا في الأردن، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (601) معلم ومعلمة يدرسون في مدارس مأدبا خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي2023/2022، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر مرتفع للقيادة التحويلية على التمكين الإداري للمعلمين، وقد حصل بُعد "التأثير المثالي" على أعلى أبعاد القيادة التحويلية التي يمارسها مديرو مدارس مادبا، تلاه بُعد "الدافعية الإلهامية"، تلاه بُعد "الاستثارة العقلية"، وحصل بُعد "الاعتبارية الفردية" على أدناها. وفي ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج، حثت الدراسة وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية على الاهتمام بنمط القيادة التحويلية، وتدريب أصحاب المناصب الإشرافية على ممارسة هذا النمط من أنماط القيادة الحديثة؛ لما له من أثر إيجابي كبير على تعزيز التمكين الإداري للمعلمين.
|b The article aimed to identify the degree of principals' practice of transformational leadership (ideal influence, inspirational motivation, mental stimulation, individual consideration) and its relationship to administrative empowerment from the point of view of teachers of Madaba schools in Jordan. To achieve this goal, the study used the analytical descriptive approach, the study sample was distributed to (601) male and female teachers teaching in Madaba schools during the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023. The results of the study indicated that there is a high impact of transformational leadership on the administrative empowerment of teachers, the “ideal influence” dimension obtained the highest dimensions of transformational leadership practiced by principals of Madaba schools, followed by the “inspirational motivation”, followed by the “mental stimulation”, followed by “individual consideration”. Considering the results obtained, the study urged the Jordanian Ministry of Education to pay attention to the transformational leadership style, and to train supervisory position holders to practice this modern leadership style; due to its significant positive impact on enhancing the administrative empowerment of teachers.
