المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا ومولانا وشفيعنا محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) الذي أمرنا الله بطاعته فقد كانت طاعته منارا لطريق الإنسان وفلاحه في دنياه وآخرته، وعلى آله الطيبين الطاهرين وعلى صحابته الغر الميامين ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين، وبعد: فإن الله تعالى – أرسل الرسل وأيدهم بالمعجزات الباهرات، لتكون تصديقا لهم في رسالتهم الإلهية المتضمنة التشريع بالأحكام التي تنظم حياتهم اليومية بكافة تفاصيلها، وتبني لهم أصول الاعتقاد الإلهي، وتنمي في نفوسهم الأخلاق الحميدة، التي بها يتعاملون فيما بينهم. ومن خلال القراءة في سورة القصص التي تعتبر من السور العظيمة التي تناولت حكاية عن سيدنا موسى – عليه السلام – من حياته والإرهاصات التي تنال الأنبياء – عليهم السلام – قبل اختيارهم للنبوة والرسالة، فقد حفظ الله تعالى – سيدنا موسى – عليه السلام – منذ ولادته لحين اختياره لتبليغ رسالة ربه - جل جلاله - فقد كانت سورة القصص وما حوته من آيات دالة على بيان أحكام متعددة منها التشريعية والتربوية، التي تناولتها السورة الكريمة. فمن خلال القراءة في السورة أحببت عمل بحثي أبين فيه العلاقة بين المعجزة والأمر الإلهي التشريعي وأبين أهم المسائل في ذلك فأسميت البحث (المعجزة وأثرها في قبول التشريع).

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our Master, Maulana, and Intercessor Muhammad (may God bless him and grant him peace), whom God commanded us to obey, for his obedience was a beacon for man’s path and prosperity in this world and the Hereafter, and upon his pure and chaste family and upon his brave and honorable companions and those who followed them with kindness until the Day of Judgment. And after: God Almighty - sent the messengers and supported them with impressive miracles. To be an endorsement for them in their divine message that includes legislation with the provisions that regulate their daily lives in all its details. It builds for them the foundations of divine belief, and develops good morals in their souls. with which they deal with each other. And by reading in Surat Al-Qasas, which is considered one of the great surahs that dealt with a story about our master Moses, peace be upon him - from his life and the harbingers that befell the prophets, peace be upon them - before they were chosen for prophecy and the message, God Almighty preserved - our master Moses, peace be upon him - from his birth until he was chosen to convey the message His Lord, may He be glorified and exalted - Surat Al-Qasas and its verses were indicative of clarifying various rulings, including legislative and educational ones. Which I dealt with in the noble surah. Through reading in the surah, I loved doing a research in which I show the relationship between the miracle and the divine legislative command, and show the most important issues in that, so I called the research (the miracle and its impact on accepting legislation.
