المستخلص: إن تحدثنا عن المرأة والتهميش والتعنيف؛ فإننا لا نقوم بنفض الغبار عن تلك المعضلة لأنها وإن مرت السنون حية لا تموت وحاضرة لا تزول لتبقى مدرجة في أولويات الدرس والفهم والتوضيح والمعالجة ولكننا من خلال هذا العمل سنحاول أن ندرس شريحة من المجتمع وهي النساء اللواتي يعتمدن البغاء مهنة ليعشن به في الحاضرة، وهو ما يثير أسئلة كثيرة تطرح في هذا العمل علنا نصل إلى إجابة تفيدنا. من خلال القضايا الموجودة في الأرشيف الوطني التونسي وخاصة بالسلسلة أ (الأشخاص المشتبه بهم) نجد حالات من هؤلاء النسوة اللاتي تركن الريف وعشن بالحاضرة وأردنا فهم ودراسة حياتهن فيها خصوصا إن وقعن في "جب" امتهان مثل هذا النوع المهن، كيف كن يعملن وما هي المشاكل والمضايقات التي كن قد تعرضن إليها إن التي جعلتهن يلجأن إلى ممارسة البغاء أو حتى خلال ممارستهنّ هذا العمل، أيضا كيف كان القانون التونسي يتعامل معهن آنذاك؟ سوف نقوم بدرس وضعيات وأمثلة لهؤلاء النسوة محاولين فهم أسباب لجوئهن إلى امتهان البغاء ثم تبيان علاقتهن بالآخر إن الجنس الآخر أو المجتمع بصورة عامة وكيفية تعامل القانون معهن.

When we talked about women, marginalization and violence, we are not dusting off that dilemma because even though The years passed alive and not dying and present not going away to remain included in the priorities of the lesson and understanding and clarification But through this work we will try to study a segment of society, which is women who depend In this work, we choose the Tunisian rural women’s which practise the clandestine prostitution. This activity has becomes a profession to live in the metropolis, which raises many questions that arise in this work publicly and we reach an answer benefit us. Maybe we find these answers on through the cases in the Tunisian National Archives, especially in Series A (Suspects) We find cases of these women who left the countryside and lived in the metropolis and we wanted to understand and study their lives in it Especially if they fell in this type of professions, how they worked and what the problems they faced, and the harassment they were subjected to that led them to resort to prostitution or even during practising. We wonder about the various reasons for prostitution by women and the position of Tunisian law. We will study the situations and examples of these women trying to understand the reasons for resorting to prostitution and then show Their relationship with the other, the opposite sex or society in general, and how the law deals with them.
