|a هدفت هذه الدراسة التي تناولت آية مصارف الزكاة في سورة التوبة إلى الوقوف على اللطائف البيانية والحكم الإلهية من خلال هذه المصارف وأسرار الترتيب لهذه المصارف وحدودها في ضوء مقاصد القرآن الكريم. وتتبعت هذه الدراسة الجو العام لسورة التوبة التي وردت فيها هذه الآية الكريمة، وسياقها الخاص ومناسبتها لما قبلها، وحكمة الاقتصار على هذه المصارف، والوقوف على أحكامها الفقهية بشكل إجمالي؛ فالتفصيل الفقهي ليس هو مقصود الدراسة بقدر الجانب الدلالي لهذه الآية الجامعة وما ينبثق عنه من قيم اجتماعية، ودلالة القصر في الآية ومناسبة الفاصلة القرآنية لآيتها، وجانب بياني يسلط الضوء على اللمسات البيانية في الآية الكريمة. وخرجت هذه الدراسة بقصر الزكاة على هذه الأصناف الثمانية فقط، وترجيح عدم اشتراط توزيعها على جميع المصارف، وأن ترتيبها مقصود منه العموم في بعض مصارفها، والانتقال من الأهم للأهم حسب الحاجة ويدلل على ذلك التنوع في استعمال حروف الجر بين مصارفها، وأن ترتيبها جاء في منتهى الدقة مراعيا حاجات المجتمع من جهة، وكذلك مراعيا للجوانب النفسية لدى أصحاب هذه المصارف من جهة أخرى.
|b The aim of this study, which dealt with the verse of channels of spending Zakat in Surat Al-Tawbah, is to stand up to the graphic subtitles and divine rules through these channels and the secrets of arranging channels and their limits in the light of the purposes of the Holy Quran. This study follows the general atmosphere of the Surat of repentance (AlTawbah) in which this verse was mentioned, its special context and its predecessors, and the wisdom of restricting these channels and its jurisprudential rulings in a comprehensive manner.The jurisprudential detail is not the intention of the study as much as the semantic aspect of this comprehensive verse and the resulting social values, the significance of restriction in the verse and the suitability of the Quranic comma to the verse, and the rhetorical side of my statement highlights the rhetorical touches in the verse. This study came out with restricting the eight Zakat types on the eight categories only, and it is recommended that they should not be distributed to all channels, and that their arrangement is intended by the public in some of their channels, and the transition from the most important to the most important as needed. It shows the variety in using prepositions between its channels. Its order was extremely accurate taking into account the needs of society on the one hand, and also taking into account the psychological aspects of the owners of these channels on the other hand.
