|a تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس تأثير سياسة العودة إلى تدريس المواد العلمية باللغة الفرنسية في التعليم بالمغرب على نتائج المتعلمين. وقد اعتمدت منهجاً وصفياً تحليلياً ومنهجاً مؤسسياً، مع الاعتماد على بيانات وإحصائيات ودراسة ميدانية رامت استقصاء آراء الفئة المنفذة للسياسة: فئة الأساتذة، ونتائج الفئة المستهدفة بها: فئة المتعلمين. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن هذه السياسة أثرت بشكل سلبي على نتائج المتعلمين. لذلك أوصت بمراجعة هذا القرار وإعادة النظر فيه، لأنه لم يحقق النتائج المرجوة منه.
|b The study aims to measure the impact of the policy based on the return to teaching in French of certain scientific subjects -such a policy previously abandoned- on the results of the students. Of returning to French-language teaching in education in Morocco on learners' outcomes. It has adopted an analytical descriptive methodology, an institutional curriculum mixed with statistics and a field study that surveyed the professors who participate in policy implementation this category of executing the policy and the results obtained by students of the target group of learners. The study concluded that the policy had adversely affected learner outcomes. It therefore recommended that the resolution be reviewed and reconsidered because it had not achieved the desired results.
