المستخلص: يتلخص البحث الموسوم بـ: "مقالات فرق الخوارج في الأطفال- جمعا ودراسة -»، في بيان اختلاف فرق الخوارج في حكمهم على الأطفال عموما، سواء كانوا من أطفال مخالفيهم من أهل القبلة، أو من أطفال الكفار والمشركين. ويهدف البحث إلى بيان ما عليه بعض فرق الخوارج من اعتقادات فاسدة في أطفال مخالفيهم- سواء كانوا من أهلة القبلة، أو كانوا من غير أهلها- وما يترتب عليها من آثار سيئة على الفرد والمجتمع، وكذلك يهدف إلى بيان أن هذه الاعتقادات الفاسدة ليست من دين الإسلام في شيء، وأن الإسلام بريء منها، فالإسلام دين رحمة ووسطية، وأحكامه كلها مبنية على العدل؛ لأنها من رب عليم حكيم، وغير ذلك. ويجيب عن بعض التساؤلات؛ وذلك كالحكم على أطفال المخالفين من غير أهل القبلة، وإلحاقهم بآبائهم في الدنيا، وكذا الحكم على أطفال الكفار في الدنيا والآخرة، ونحو ذلك. وأما عن المنهج المتبع فقد سلكت الباحثة منهج الجمع والتحليل؛ وذلك بتتبع أقوال فرق الخوارج، وجمعها ودراستها وتحليلها بحسب ما يقتضيه المقام. وقد خلصت الباحثة إلى بعض النتائج من أهمها: ظهور اختلاف فرق الخوارج في الحكم على أطفال مخالفيهم، وأنهم على درجات ومراتب، فأشدهم غلو الأزارقة ومن وافقهم الذين كفروا أطفال مخالفيهم من أهل القبلة، واستباحوا قتلهم، وحكموا عليهم بالخلود في النار يوم القيامة، وكذا حكموا على أطفال الكفار والمشركين بالقتل في الدنيا، دون تفصيل ونظر مبني على فقه وعلم بأحكام الشريعة، وأن من يفتي من خوارج العصر بقتل الأطفال وفلذات الأكباد، فأصل مذهبه يرجع إلى الأزارقة أهل الغلو، وغير ذلك من النتائج المبينة في الخاتمة.

This research titled: "A Collection and Study of the Views of the Kharijite Sects Related to Children" focuses on the differing views of the Kharijite sects regarding their judgment on children, whether they are children of their opponents from among the people of Qibla or the children of disbelievers and polytheists. The research aims to illustrate some of the corrupt beliefs held by certain Kharijite sects regarding the children of their opponents- whether they are among the people of Qibla or not and the adverse effects these beliefs have on the individual and society. It also aims to make clear that these corrupt beliefs are not part of the Islam in any way, and that Islam is free from them, for Islam is a religion of mercy and moderation, and all its rulings are based on justice because they are from a Wise and Knowing Lord, amongst other things. The study responds to certain questions, such as the judgment on the children of opponents who are not among the people of Qibla, their association with their parents in this world, as well as the judgment on the children of disbelievers in this life and the hereafter, and similar topics. Regarding the methodology used, the researcher has followed a method of compilation and analysis. This was achieved by examining the views of the Kharijite sects, collecting, studying, and analyzing them according to the appropriate circumstances. The researcher concluded with several findings, the most important of which are: the manifestation of disagreement among the Kharijite sects regarding their judgement on the children of their opponents, and that they hold views of varying degrees. The Azariqa, and those who agree with them, were the most extreme in their views, considering the children of their opponents from the people of the Qibla as disbelievers, deeming it permissible to kill them, and condemning them to eternal Hell on the Day of Judgment. They also ruled that the children of disbelievers and polytheists should be killed in this life, without careful consideration based on understanding and knowledge based on Sharia law, nd that those contemporary Kharijites who issue verdicts to kill children trace their doctrine back to the Azariqa, the extremists, and other findings that are explained in the conclusion.
