المستخلص: تناول البحث الموسوم ((مشكلات تحقيق المخطوطات في العلوم الإسلامية)) بعضا مما يلاقيه محققو مخطوطات تلك العلوم. مهد له بذكر معنى علم تحقيق المخطوطات وبيان الحكم الشرعي لتحقيق المخطوطات والأدلة على ذلك من القرآن الكريم والحديث النبوي الشريف والعقل، مع بيان أصل هذا العلم ومنشئه أنه يرجع إلى عهد قديم أخذه المسلمون عن نبيهم الكريم عليه أفضل الصلاة وأتم التسليم والروايات التاريخية الواردة بشأن ذلك وانه من وضع علمانا المسلمين أخذوه عن نبيهم صلى الله عليه وسلم وليس من وضع المستشرقين والرد على من قال ذلك بالدليل وبالروايات التاريخية الموثقة ثم بيان أركان التحقيق كل ذلك على سبيل الإيجاز. ثم تناول تلك المشاكل التي يعانيها المتدربون على التحقيق فذكر منها ثماني مشاكل والسبيل إلى تذليلها وهي: ١- مشكلة اختيار المخطوط. ٢- مشكلة تحقيق صحة نسبة الكتاب إلى مؤلفه. ٣- مشكلة جمع النسخ الخطية للكتاب الذي يراد تحقيقه. ٤- مشكلة اختيار النسخة المعتمدة في التحقيق. ٥- قضية الإعجام والإهمال. ٦- اختلاف المخطوط من حيث قواعد رسم الحروف والكلمات. ٧- مشكلة اختلاف النسخ الخطية مع الأصل. ٨- الرموز المتخذة في رسم المخطوطات. مع إيراد الأمثلة الواقعية على كل مشكلة.

The research dealt with some of what the verifiers of manuscripts of those sciences encounter. He mentioned the meaning of the verifying manuscripts’ sciences and explaining the legal ruling on verifying manuscripts and the evidence for that from the Holy Qur’an, the Noble Hadith of the Prophet and the mind, with an indication of the origin of this science and its origin that dates back to an ancient era that Muslims took from their Noble Prophet, (upon him be the best prayers and complete delivery), and the historical narratives contained in this regard. And that was from the development of our Muslim scholars which they took from their Prophet (May God’s prayers and peace be upon him), and it was not from the orientalists’ production, and the response to those who said that with evidence and documented historical narratives, then explaining the pillars of investigation, all of this for the sake of brevity. The researcher dealt then with the problems that the investigation trainees suffer from and mentioned eight of them and the way to overcome them, which are: 1- The problem of selecting the manuscript. 2- The problem of verifying the authenticity of the book’s attribution to its author. 3- The problem of collecting written copies of the book to be verified. 4- The problem of choosing the adopted version in the investigation. 5- The issue of ignorance and negligence. 6- The difference in the manuscript in terms of the rules for drawing letters and words. 7- The problem of the difference between the written copies with the original. 8- The symbols used in drawing manuscripts. The researcher also mentioned realistic examples of each problem.
