المستخلص: إن ضرورة تصميم مدن ذكية ومستدامة، تصبح قابلة للمشي فيها جنبا لجنب بين تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي وجميع عناصر التخطيط البيئي للمدن والبنية التحتية المستدامة، وأعمق من ذلك محاولة غلق دائرة احتياجات المدن وتوفيرها في داخلها بهدف تحسين نوعية الحياة وزيادة جودة المنتوجات وخدمات مواصلات عامة وخفض عميق ومتواصل في استهلاك الطاقة والموارد الطبيعية، والسعي إلى استقرار في النمو السكاني والاستخدام الأمثل للموارد المائية. وهذا يؤكد بدرجة كبيرة أهمية الذكاء الاصطناعي والذي يمكن ترجمته في التخطيط المدمج والمتكامل.

The necessity of designing smart and sustainable cities, which is aligned with artificial intelligence technology and the elements of environmental planning for cities and sustainable infrastructure, in addition to define and provide them for the needs of cities within it, in order to improve the quality of life, besides to the quality of products and public transportation services, in addition to continuous reduction in the consumption of energy and natural resources, to seek stability in population growth and optimal use of water resources. This underlines the importance of artificial intelligence, which can be translated into integrated planning.

La nécessité de concevoir des villes intelligentes et durables qui deviennent praticables en tandem entre la technologie de l'intelligence artificielle et tous les éléments de la planification environnementale des villes et des infrastructures durables, et plus profonde que cela, est la tentative de fermer le cercle des besoins des villes et de les fournir en leur sein. Et une réduction profonde et continue de la consommation d'énergie et de ressources naturelles, Cela souligne grandement l'importance de l'intelligence artificielle, qui peut se traduire par une planification intégrée.
