|a يهدف البحث إلى مناقشة أقوال العلماء في الأحاديث النادرة، للوقوف على حكم هذه الأحاديث لجهة العمل بها أو التوقف عليها، ويسلط الضوء على هذه الأحاديث من لجهة سندها ومتنها ومضمونها، من خلال الرجوع إلى مصادر هذا الفن، وعرضها على الشرع والعقل. اعتمد الباحث في الدراسة الأحاديث النادرة في أصول الكافي للشيخ الكليني كنموذج، لما للكافي من أهمية كبيرة. من خلال دراسة هذه الأحاديث دراسة تحليلية ومعرفة منهج الشيخ في سند ومتن الأحاديث النادرة، وهل هناك اختلاف بينها وبين الأحاديث الأخرى في الأصول، لمعرفة حكم هذه الأحاديث بصورة دقيقة، وسبب اختلاف العلماء في حكمها، إذا بلغ عدد الأحاديث النادرة في الأصول ثلاثة وثمانين حديثا، موزعة على ستة كتب، وهي كتاب فضل العلم، وكتاب التوحيد، وكتاب الحجة، وكتاب الإيمان والكفر، وكتاب فضل القرآن، وكتاب العشرة درس الباحث جميع الأحاديث النادرة في الأصول، وأشار في البحث هذا إلى نماذج تعد عينات لهذه الدراسة، وناقش أقوال العلماء فيها على ضوء ما توصل إليه من الدراسة.
|b The research aims to discuss the sayings of scholars in rare hadiths, to find out the ruling on these hadiths in terms of working with them or stopping on them, and sheds light on these hadiths in terms of their foundations، body and content, by referring to the sources of this art, and presenting them to the law and the mind. In the study, the researcher relied on the rare hadiths in the origins of al-Kafi by Sheikh al-Kulayni as a model, due to the great importance of al-Kafi. By studying these hadiths analytically and knowing the method of the Sheikh in the foundation and content of the rare hadiths, and is there a difference between them and the other hadiths in the assets, to know the ruling of these hadiths accurately, and the reason for the difference of scholars in their ruling, if the number of rare hadiths in the assets reached eighty-three hadiths, Distributed into six books, namely, the book of virtue of knowledge, the book of monotheism, the book of argument, the book of faith and disbelief, the book of virtue of the Qur’an, and the book of ten. The researcher studied all the rare hadiths in the origins, and in this research he referred to models that are considered samples for this study, and he discussed the scholars› sayings in the light of the study he reached.
