|a أهداف حدد الإسلام شرائع مقننة لتنظيم العلاقات بين الأفراد والمجتمعات، وسن القرآن وسنة نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم بنودا وطرقا لكيفية تعامل المسلم مع المسلم وغير المسلم بما يضمن صلاح المجتمعات، وتحقيق السلام والنجاح لهذه العلاقات، وفي هذا تفرد للشريعة الإسلامية يبرز عمق هذا الدين ومذاهبه الفكرية وأنماطه السلوكية. يتناول هذا البحث آلية هذا التعامل بين المسلمين وغير المسلمين، وعليه فالتساؤل الرئيس لهذا البحث هو:" ما استراتيجية التعامل مع غير المسلمين وفق الكتاب والسنة وأثر ذلك على الفرد والمجتمع المسلم وغير المسلم؟". وتتحقق أهد البحث عبر طرح خمسة فصول أولها: الإطار النظري والمنهجي للبحث ومن ثم الفصل الثاني ويناقش المنظومة الأخلاقية التي تحدد علاقة المسلمين بعضهم ببعض، ومن ثم الفصل الثالث ويتناول مبدأ احترام الاختلاف وتقبل التعددية وأهميته، ويليه الفصل الرابع ويشمل التعامل مع غير المسلم وفق الكتاب والسنة، ويتضمن عدة مباحث: معايير وآداب التعامل مع غير المسلمين من خلال نصوص من الكتاب والسنة، تعامل الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم مع غير المسلمين صياغة آلية لكيفية التعامل مع غير المسلمين، ثم تناقش الباحثة في الفصل الخامس: الآثار الإيجابية لآلية التعامل السلمي مع غير المسلمين، ويتضمن ذكر المنافع على مستوى الفرد وعلى مستوى المجتمع المسلم وغير المسلم، ويختم البحث بالنتائج والتوصيات المقترحة من قبل الباحثة.
|b Islam has defined codified laws to regulate relations between individuals and societies. Also the Qur’an and the Sunnah of Prophet Mohammed, peace be upon him, set provisions and methods for how a Muslim should deal with a Muslim and with a non-Muslim in a way that guarantees the goodness of societies, and in a way that achieves peace and success for these relations, and in this specificity of Islamic law shows the depth of this religion and its doctrines intellectual and behavioral patterns. This research deals with the mechanism of this interaction between Muslims and Non Muslims, and accordingly, the main question of this research is: "What is the strategy of dealing with Non-Muslims according to the Qur'an and the Sunnah, and what is the impact of this dealing on the individual and society?" The objectives of the research are achieved by presenting five chapters: the first is the theoretical and methodological framework for the research, then the second chapter discusses the correct standards accepted by Islam for Muslims to deal with each other, while the third chapter discussing dealing with Non-Muslims according to the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Mohammed, while the fourth chapter details the principle of respect for difference and acceptance Pluralism and its importance. The fifth chapter contains the positive effects of the mechanism of peaceful dealing with Non-Muslims, whether at the level of the individual or at the level of Muslim and Non-Muslim society.
