|a تتحدد مشكلة الدراسة في التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة في بناء أجندة القائمين بالاتصال في الإذاعات المصرية ذات الملكية والإدارة الحكومية؛ وما اتجاهاتهم نحو عملهم بالإذاعة ونحو الإذاعة التي يعملون بها، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على العوامل الشخصية والثقافية والاجتماعية والإدارية والمهنية والمادية المسؤولة عن وضع أجندة المحطات الإذاعية وخاصة الحكومية منها وهل مازالت في نفس الإطار القديم أم تطورت مع الزمن؟ وهل صفحة الإذاعة على الفيس بوك لها دور في بناء أجندة برامج تلك الإذاعات. حيث يعد الراديو بصفة عامة من أهم وسائل الإعلام وأكثرها ثراء؛ ليس فقط لأنه يثير حاسة الخيال، ولكن أيضا لأنه يتيح عددا هائلا من القنوات والمضمون المتنوع، كما أنه لا يتيح للمستمع الاستماع فقط، وإنما يجعل المستمع يتحدث ويتفاعل أيضا، ويعد الفيس بوك أشهر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي التي تحرص كل محطة حاليا على إنشاء صفحة رسمية لها عليه، بل ويحرص بعض القائمين بالاتصال من مقدمي برامج ومعدين في إنشاء صفحات لبرامجهم على الفيس بوك ينشرون فيها برامجهم ويتفاعلون من خلالها مع الجمهور. أظهرت النتائج أن أهم العوامل التي تؤثر في وضع أجندة القائمين بالاتصال في الإذاعات الحكومية المصرية هي: التشريعات والقوانين وقانون الهيئة الوطنية للإعلام.
|b The problem of the study is to identify the factors affecting the construction of the agenda of communicators in Egyptian radios owned and government-driven, and what are their attitudes towards their work in the radio and towards the radio in which they work, in addition to identifying the personal, cultural, social, administrative, professional and material factors responsible for setting the agenda of radio stations, especially governmental ones, and are they still in the same old framework or have they evolved with time? Does the radio page on Facebook have a role in building the agenda of the programs of those radios? Facebook is the most popular social networking site on which every station is currently keen to create an official page for it on it, and some of those in contact with program presenters and producers are keen to create pages for their programs on Facebook, in which they publish their programs and interact with the audience through them. The stations of "Radio Masr, Al bernameg al aam , Al shark al awsat , and Al Quraan al kareem " were selected, as each of them represents an Egyptian state broadcaster, and each has a special character. These radio stations were identified based on the results of a pilot study that the researcher applied to a sample of the audience by “google Form" It was applied to "100" individuals through social media "WhatsApp and Messenger". - An interview guide was applied to a blind sample of (22) individuals from those communicators of radio stations - which the results of the opinion poll conducted by the researcher showed - that they are the most listened to radio stations among the study sample. In its theoretical framework, the study relied on two theory: Agenda setting and the gatekeeper. The most important results:- 1- The results showed that the most important factors affecting the setting of the agenda of the communicators in the Egyptian government radio stations are: legislation, laws, and the law of the National Media Authority; Despite all the successive developments on all political, economic and health levels, the media openness, the spread of the Internet and social networking sites, the Egyptian state radio stations are still subject to governmental control and supervision from the National Media Authority and from the heads of the radio stations, and those who communicate in them, even if they do not memorize the provisions of those laws and legislation well. They have learned with experience what is permissible and what is not. 2- One of the tangible results is that one of the most important factors influencing the building of the agenda of the communicators in the Egyptian radio stations of various types in form and content is the customs and traditions of society, ethics and human values, and an attempt to preserve the values and ethics of society, and those who communicate in them have this moral human sense, and they have affiliation and respect for their work and for the audience They appreciate that they have a meaningful message and strive to achieve it as much as they can, according to the capabilities available to them, despite the lack of financial and technical capabilities and the lack of trained technical personnel. 3- The results indicated that the attitudes of the communicators are very positive, both towards their work and the nature of their work in the radio, as well as towards the radio stations in which they work.
