المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي بصفة رئيسية إلي دراسة وعي طالبات الثانوي العام بالمهارات الإدارية للمشروعات متناهية الصغر بمحاورها (تحديد فكرة المشروع، تحديد أهداف المشروع، تخطيط المشروع، إعداد دراسات الجدوى، تنظيم وجدولة أنشطة المشروع، التوجيه والرقابة، تقييم المشروع) في ضوء بعض المتغيرات (مكان السكن، عمل الأم، ترتيب الطالبة بين الأخوة المستوي التعليمي للوالدين، وظيفة الأب، حجم الأسرة)، وتم إعداد أدوات البحث المتمثلة في استمارة البيانات العامة استبيان وعى طالبات الثانوي العام بإدارة المشروعات متناهية الصغر، وتم التطبيق علي (150) طالبة تم اختيارهن بطريقة صدفية غرضية بشروط هي أن يكن من طالبات مدارس الثانوي العام من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة من مدارس حضر وريف محافظة أسيوط لتطبيق أدوات البحث، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وكان من أهم النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات طالبات الثانوي العام عينة البحث الأساسية على استبيان الوعي بإدارة المشروعات متناهية الصغر تبعاً لمتغير مكان سكن الأسرة عند مستوي دلالة 0.01 لصالح سكان الحضر، وتبعاً لمتغير عمل الأم عند مستوي دلالة ۰٫۰۱ لصالح الأمهات العاملات، وتبعاً لمتغير المستوى التعليمي للوالدين عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 اتجاه أبناء الأبناء والأمهات في المستوى التعليمي العالي، وتبعاً لمتغير متوسط الدخل الشهري للأسرة عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 اتجاه الطالبات اللاتي ينتمين لأسر ذات متوسط دخل شهري مرتفع، تختلف نسبة مشاركة المتغيرات المستقلة المدروسة في تفسير نسبة التباين في المتغير التابع الوعي بإدارة المشروعات المتناهية الصغر تبعا لأوزان معاملات الانحدار ودرجة الارتباط حيث إن المستوي التعليمي للأب كان من أكثر العوامل المؤثرة على الوعي بإدارة المشروعات المتناهية الصغر بنسبة 85%. *يوصي الباحثين: بضرورة تقديم المساعدات للفئة العمرية من (15-18) سنة بتدريبهم على إعداد دراسات جدوى للمشروعات متناهية الصغر التي يريدوا إقامتها، إدراج دروس عن المشروعات متناهية الصغر، وكيفية إقامتها وإدارتها والسمات والمهارات التي يجب أن يتحلى بها صاحب المشروع متناهي الصغر ضمن المنهج الدراسي للفئة العمرية من (15-18) سنة.

The current research mainly aims to study the awareness of high school female students in the management skills of micro-projects with their axes (defining the project idea, defining the project objectives, project planning, preparing feasibility studies, organizing and scheduling project activities, guidance and control, project evaluation) according to some variables (place of residence, mother’s work, the student’s rank between siblings, parents educational level, father job , family size), The research tools represented in the General Data form, the questionnaire on the high school female students awareness of micro-projects management, were applied to (150) female students who were selected in a purposeful coincidental way with the conditions that they were high school students of different social and economic levels from the schools of urban and rural Assiut governorate to apply the research tools, and the research followed the descriptive analytical method. One of the most important results was the existence of statistically significant differences between the average responses of female students of high school basic research sample on the questionnaire of awareness of the micro-projects’ management according to the variable of family’s place of residence at the level of indication of 0.01 in favor of urban residents, according to the variable of mother work at the level of indication of 0.01 in favor of working mothers, according to the variable of parents educational level at the level of indication of 0.01; the direction of fathers and mothers of sons in the higher educational level, and according to the variable of the average monthly income of the family at the level of indication of 0.01 the direction of female students belonging to families with a high average monthly income, the participation rate of the independent variables studied in explaining the variation percentage in the variable of the awareness of micro-projects management varies according to the weights of the regression coefficients and the degree of correlation, since the father’s educational level was one of the most influential factors on the awareness of micro-projects management by 85%. * The researchers recommend: the need to provide assistance to the age group of (15-18) years by training them to prepare feasibility studies for micro-projects that they want to establish, include lessons on micro-projects, how to establish and manage them and the characteristics and skills that must be possessed by the owner of the micro-project within the curriculum for the age group of (15-18) years.
