المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الذكاء الثقافي ودرجة الإبداع الإداري لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية بجامعة الباحة من وجهة نظرهم، والكشف عن العلاقة بينهما، بالإضافة إلى استقاء دلالة الفروق الإحصائية بين متوسطات الذكاء الثقافي والإبداع الإداري بأبعادها وفقا لمتغيرات (الجنس، الرتبة الأكاديمية، الكلية، سنوات الخبرة في مجال العمل الجامعي)؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعت المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي؛ حيث تكونت العينة من (١٠٩) رؤساء أقسام أكاديميين بجامعة الباحة، وبنيت استبانة تكونت من محورين: الأول يشمل أبعاد الذكاء الثقافي (ما وراء المعرفة، المعرفة، الدوافع، السلوك) وزعت عليها (19) فقرة، والثاني يقيس أبعاد الإبداع الإداري (المرونة والطلاقة والأصالة والحساسية للمشكلات) وزعت عليها (٢٥) فقرة، وقد تم التأكد من صدق أداة الدراسة وثباتها بالتطبيق على العينة الاستطلاعية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الذكاء الثقافي بدرجة عالية (٤,٠٩) وظهرت لبعدي (ما بعد المعرفة، والدوافع) بدرجات عالية جدا، ولبعدي (السلوك والمعرفة) بدرجة عالية،، كما تبين أن درجة الإبداع الإداري متوسطة (٣,٣١)؛ حيث ظهر بعد الطلاقة بدرجة عالية، بينما ظهرت الأبعاد الأخرى بدرجات متوسطة (الحساسية للمشكلات، المرونة، الأصالة)، كما تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الذكاء الثقافي والإبداع الإداري بلغت قيمتها (0.70) وتبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات الذكاء الثقافي والإبداع الإداري وأبعادهما تعزى للجنس والخبرة باستثناء بعد الأصالة لصالح (١٠) سنوات فأكثر، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى للرتبة باستثناء الحساسية للمشكلات لصالح أستاذ مشارك مقابل مساعد، بينما تبين وجود فروق بالذكاء الثقافي والإبداع الإداري بأبعادهما تعزى للكليات لصالح الإنسانية والاجتماعية.

The study aimed to reveal the level of cultural intelligence and the degree of administrative creativity among the heads of academic departments at Al-Baha University from their point of view, and to reveal the relationship between them, And also to reveal the significance of the differences] between the averages of cultural intelligence and administrative creativity with their dimensions according to the variables (gender, academic rank, college, years of experience).; To achieve the objectives of the study, Adescriptive correlative approach Was Used, where the sample consisted of (109) head of an academic department at Al-Baha University. A questionnaire was used to collect data that consisted of two axes: The first includes the dimensions of cultural intelligence (metacognition, knowledge, motives, behavior), (19) items were distributed, the second measures the dimensions of administrative creativity (flexibility, fluency, originality, and sensitivity to problems) (25) items were distributed, and the validity and reliability of the study tool were confirmed by applying to the exploratory sample. The study found that the level of cultural intelligence was at a high degree (4,09) and appeared for the dimensions (post-knowledge and motives) in very high degrees, and for the dimensions (behavior and knowledge) at a high degree, and it was found that the degree of administrative creativity is medium (3,31), where it appeared The fluency dimension was at a high degree, while the other dimensions appeared at medium degrees (sensitivity to problems, flexibility, originality), and also a significance correlation between cultural intelligence and administrative creativity, which amounted to (0.70), and it was found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the averages of cultural intelligence. And administrative creativity and its dimensions are attributed to gender and experience with the exception of the dimension of originality in favor of (10) years or more. and there were no differences attributable to Acadimic rank except for sensitivity to problems in favor of associate professor versus assistant professor, while it was found that there are differences in cultural intelligence and administrative creativity in their dimensions that are attributed to colleges in favor of humanity and sociality.
