|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على سياسة التحفيز الضريبي وأثرها على الاستثمار في سورية، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن السياسة المتبعة من طرف الدولة والهادفة إلى تشجيع الاستثمارات جعلها تبادر إلى تبني سياسة التحفيزات الضريبية وذلك بهدف إقناع المستثمرين وترغيبهم في المبادرة بخلق المشاريع الاستثمارية من خلال مجموعة من التحفيزات والإعفاءات على الضرائب والرسوم وذلك في اطار قوانين الاستثمار، وفقا لشروط محددة، حيث أن الهدف من هذه الاستثمارات تغطية أولويات المجتمع كتحسين المستوى المعيشي وتقليل مستوى البطالة، وبالتالي النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني.
|b This study aims to shed light on the tax incentive policy and its impact on investment in Syria. The study concluded that the policy adopted by the state to encourage Domestic investments make it the initiative to adopt a policy of tax incentives in order to convince investors and encourage them to initiate the creation of investment projects through a set of incentives and exemptions that affect taxes and fees, and that under the laws of investments, According to specific conditions, As the aim of these investments to cover the priorities of society, such as improving the standard of living and reduce the level of unemployment, and the consequential advancement of the national economy.
