المستخلص: The objective of paper is to study polices of economic empowerment for women in Sudan, to analyse national polices and laws in this field, to raise the awareness of women sector about these polices and encourage them to apply and activate it as projects that help women to participate in the economic sector in Sudan and to be productive and own her own projects, and to participate in designing and applying economic empowerment polices for women in Sudan. The paper tries to answer the question; to what extend these polices effective and applied in reality? The paper applied the analytical and comparative method. The paper shed light on Sudan central bank polices towards women economic empowerment. It concentrated strength and weak points and evaluates the whole project. The paper shed light on importance of cooperation between the stakeholders. Results of this study; the government adopted plan that care about women in the level of constitution and laws and policies. Policies and projects needs follow-up, more evaluation to obtain better results. Some reports need to be more gender sensitive and classify samples while writing reports so as to help researchers and decision makers to evaluate its impact on women sector.
