استمرارا لجهود حكومة خادم الحرمين الشريفين في المحافظة على سلامة ضيوف الرحمن من حجاج ومعتمرين، وتأكيدا لرؤية المملكة العربية السعودية ٢٠٣٠ على الاهتمام بالحجاج والمعتمرين لذا حرصت كافة القطاعات الحكومية على الاهتمام بهم، ومن بين هذه القطاعات وزارة الصحة التي تسعى دوما بالاهتمام بهم وتقديم كافة سبل الراحة لهم مع تقدم كافة أنواع الأنشطة الاتصالية التي تساعدهم في رفع الوعي لديهم بأهمية الحفاظ على سلامتهم من كل المخاطر والأضرار. هدف البحث إلى التعرف على معدل تعرض عينة البحث للأنشطة الاتصالية لوزارة الصحة، والتعرف على أشكال الأنشطة الاتصالية لوزارة الصحة التي تعرضت لها عينة البحث، والتعرف على درجة اعتماد عينة البحث على الأنشطة الاتصالية لوزارة الصحة في الحصول على معلوماته من السلامة الوقائية، والتعرف على مستوى وعي عينة البحث من خلال تعرضهم للأنشطة الاتصالية لوزارة الصحة، واعتمدت الباحثة على منهج المسح باستخدام أداة الاستبيان وتم تطبيقها على عينة عمدية مكونة من (٢٠٠) مفردة من ضيوف الرحمن. وتمثلت أهم النتائج في: وجود علاقة طردية متوسطة بين تعرض (عينة البحث) للأنشطة الاتصالية لوزارة الصحة للتوعية بالسلامة الوقائية وبين أشكال هذه الأنشطة. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية متوسطة بين (عينة البحث) باختلاف درجة ثقتهم في الموضوعات التي يتم نشرها عبر الأنشطة الاتصالية لوزارة الصحة للتوعية بالسلامة الوقائية ودرجة تعرضهم لهذه الأنشطة. إن أكثر أشكال الأنشطة الاتصالية التي تقدمها وزارة الصحة للتوعية بالسلامة الوقائية والتي يتعرضلها أفراد العينة هي الرسائل القصيرة عبر الهاتف المحمول بأهمية نسبية مقدارها (76.7٪) التوصيات: كما أوصت الباحثات على العمل على توثيق الصلة مع الإعلامين العرب أو الأجانب للمساعدة في نشر التوعية بالسلامة الوقائية على مساحة أكبر دوليا ومحليا. وضرورة أن تعمل على تشجيع ضيوف الرحمن على التعرض للأنشطة الاتصالية وذلك عن طريق ترجمة هذه الأنشطة بجميع اللغات قدر الإمكان.
In continuation of the efforts of the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to preserve the safety of the pilgrims and Umrah , And to affirm the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 which pay attention to pilgrims and Umrah, providing all means of comfort to them, including all types of communication activities that help them raise their awareness of the importance of maintaining their safety from all risks and damages. The aim of the research was to identify the average exposure of the research sample to the Ministry of Health's communication activities, to identify the types of communication activities of the Ministry of Health which was exposed to the sample , and to identify the degree of dependence of the research sample on the Ministry of Health's communication activities to obtain their preventive safety informations , And to identify the level of awareness of the research sample through their exposure to these communication activities The researcher used a questionnaire tool which was applied to a sample of (200) single guests of the Rahman The most important results were: -A moderate relationship between the exposure of the research sample to communication activities of the Ministry of Health and the varieties of these activities -There is a statistically significance difference between the (sample of research) according to their degree of confidence in the subjects that are published through the communication activities of the Ministry of Health and the degree of exposure to these activities. -The most common Type of communication activities provided by the Ministry of Health to raise awareness of preventive safety , is Short message service ( SMS ) via mobile phone which account for 76.7% Recommendations: -The researchers recommended to strengthen the relationship between Arab or foreign media to help spread awareness of preventive safety measures on an international and local level. -to encourage the exposure of the guests of Rahman to communication activities by translating these activities in different languages as much as possible.
