المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة محاولة تحديد أثر مظاهر الاغتراب المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمؤسسات الطبية من خلال محاولة تحديد أثر مظاهر العجز المهني وأثر مظاهر اللامعنى المهني وأثر مظاهر اللامعيارية المهنية وكذا محاولة تحديد أثر مظاهر التشاؤم المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمؤسسات الطبية, حيث تتمحور مشكلة الدراسة في الآثار التي نتجت جراء مظاهر ابتعاد الأخصائي الاجتماعي عن أعضاء فرق العمل المهنية بالمؤسسة الطبية نتيجة شعوره بالاغتراب المهني وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في تحديد أثر هذه المظاهر كونها؛ تعد إثراء للتراث البحثي في مجال الخدمة الاجتماعية بدراسة بعد من أهم الأبعاد ذات التأثير السلبي على العمل المهني ألا وهو أثر مظاهر الاغتراب المهني وتصنف الدراسة الحالية ضمن البحوث الوصفية من ثم اعتمدت الدراسة الميدانية على منهج المسح الاجتماعي واستخدمت الدراسة أداة استبانة طبقت على الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمستشفيات جامعة المنصورة بغاية الوقوف على التغييرات (الآثار) التي صاحبت مظاهر الاغتراب المهني نتيجة لارتباط تلك التغييرات بالأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمؤسسات الطبية توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود عدد من النتائج تؤكد وجود ثمة أثر لمظاهر الاغتراب المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمؤسسات الطبية, حيث وسطية أثر مظاهر العجز المهني وقوة لأثر مظاهر اللامعنى المهني, وكذا قوة أثر مظاهر اللامعيارية المهنية, ومن ثم وسطية في أثر مظاهر التشاؤم المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمؤسسات الطبية من ثم وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة الميدانية تم التوصل لرؤية مستقبلية مقترحة لمحاولة الحد من أثر مظاهر الاغتراب المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمؤسسات الطبية.

The study aimed at trying to determine the impact of professional alienation manifestations of social workers working in medical institutions through; An attempt to determine the impact of manifestations of professional incapacity, the impact of manifestations of professional meaninglessness, and the impact of manifestations of professional non-standardization, as well as an attempt to determine the impact of manifestations of professional pessimism for social workers working in medical institutions, career, The importance of the study lies in determining the impact of these manifestations, as they are; The enrichment of the research heritage in the field of social work is considered by a study after one of the most important dimensions that have a negative impact on professional work, which is the impact of professional alienation, and the current study is classified within descriptive research, then the field study relied on the social survey method, The study used a questionnaire applied to social workers working in Mansoura University hospitals in order to identify the changes (effects) that accompanied the manifestations of professional alienation as a result of the association of these changes with social workers working in medical institutions, The study concluded that there are a number of results confirming that there is an effect of the manifestations of professional alienation for social workers working in medical institutions, where the effect of manifestations of professional disability is moderate, and the effect of manifestations of professional non-sense is strong, as well as the strength of the impact of manifestations of professional non-standardization, And then a moderation in the effect of manifestations of professional pessimism for social workers working in medical institutions, then in the light of the results of the field study, a proposed future vision was reached to try to reduce the impact of manifestations of professional alienation for social workers working in medical institutions.
