إن العلاقة بين الأحزاب السياسية والتنمية السياسية هي علاقة تفاعلية، بسبب الدور الذي تؤديه الأحزاب السياسية في حياة المواطنين، وذلك من خلال نشر الوعي والتكوين السياسي، وهذا التكوين عائد إلى الأحزاب لامتلاكها قوة التنظيم والتأطير والتأثير في جمهور الناخبين، وسارعت العديد من الدول الديمقراطية لتكريس التنمية السياسية في مجتمعاتها، بغية خلق نخب تقوم بنشر قيم ذات صلة بمفهوم المواطنة، ونشر الشعور الوطني متخذة الأحزاب السياسية الركيزة الأساسية للنهوض بهذا الدور الفعال. فالأحزاب السياسية تعد مؤشرا أساسيا لقياس نسبة الديمقراطية، ومدى سيرها على مسار التنمية السياسية، والجمهورية العربية السورية كسائر دول العالم يؤدي فيها الحزب السياسي حجر الزاوية في تفعيل العمل السياسي على الساحة السياسية، ولاسيما منذ إقرار الدستور السوري النافذ لسنة 2012 بنظام التعددية الحزبية الذي فتح المجال لكل الأحزاب من الأحزاب من أجل التنافس فيما بينها من خلال برامجها الحزبية للوصول إلى ما فيه خير البلاد.
The relationship between the political parties and the political development is an interactive one. Because of The played role by the political parties in the life of citizens through the dissemination of political awareness and formation, and this formation belonged to the parties for having the power of organizing and influencing in voters. Many democratic countries have been forced to devote themselves to political development in their societies, in order to form elite that disseminates the values of citizenship and the national sense of patriotism, in which political parties are ready to play such an effective role. The political parties are the key indicator to measure the percentage of democracy and the extent of moving on the path of political development, Syrian Arabic Republic like all other countries of the world in which the political party is the cornerstone in activating the political work in the political arena, according to the constitution of 2012 which accomplished the party pluralism, that opened the door wide for all the parties to compete with each other through their party programs to reach to the country’s good.
