المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية بالمؤسسات والأجهزة التخطيطية المحلية بالشرقية. من خلال تحديد مستوى كفاءة المؤسسات والأجهزة التخطيطية المحلية بالشرقية. وتحديد صعوبات تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية، ورفع كفاءة المؤسسات والأجهزة التخطيطية المحلية بالشرقية. ووضح مقترحات لتحقيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية ورفع كفاءة المؤسسات والأجهزة التخطيطية المحلية بالشرقية واثبتت نتائج الدراسة صحة الفرض الذي مؤداه من المتوقع أن يكون مستوى تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية بالمؤسسات والأجهزة التخطيطية المحلية بالشرقية مرتفع، وثبت صحة الفرض الذي مؤداه من المتوقع أن يكون مستوى كفاءة المؤسسات والأجهزة التخطيطية المحلية بالشرقية مرتفع. وثبت صحة الفرض الذي مؤداه توجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى الإدارة الاستراتيجية ورفع كفاءة المؤسسات والأجهزة التخطيطية المحلية بالشرقية كما ثبت صحة الفرض من المتوقع أن يكون مستوى صعوبات تحقيق الإدارية الاستراتيجية ورفع كفاءة الأجهزة التخطيطية المحلية مرتفع. وثبت أيضا صحة الفرض الذى مؤداه من المتوقع أن يكون مستوى مقترحات تحقيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية ورفع كفاءة الأجهزة التخطيطية المحلية مرتفع وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية الاهتمام برفع كفاءة الأجهزة التخطيطية والاهتمام بالكوادر القيادية.

The study aimed determine the level of application of strategic management in local planning institutions and agencies in sharqia by determining the level of efficiency of local planning institutions and agencies in sharqia identifying the difficulties of implementing strategic management and raising the efficiency of local planning institutions and agencies in sharqia, and clarifying proposals to achieve strategic management and raise the efficiency of local planning institutions and agencies in sharqia. In the local planning institutions and agencies in the eastem region. it is high. And assumption that is exected that the level of efficiency of the local planning institutions and agencies in the eastern province will be correct was proven correct as result, it is expected that the level of efficiency of the local planning institutions and agencies in the eastern province will be high the validity of the hypothesis according to which there is a statistically significant direct relationship between the level of strategic management and expect from imposition and the local planning devices in the eastem region. and it was proven correct institution and raise efficiency high local schematic the level of difficulties in achieving strategic management and raising the efficiency of the devices the strategy administration the hypothesis that it is expected to be the level of investigation proposals is proven correct raising the efficiency of the local planning agencies is high, and the study recommended the importance of paying allention in raising the efficiency of the devices planning and attention to leadership cadres.
