المستخلص: بسارابيا- منطقة حدودية للإمبراطورية الروسية تعرف باسم منطقة ريني المتنازع عليها من قبل روسيا ورومانيا وحصلت لاحقا على تسمية "بسارابيا"، خلال القرن الماضي، أصبحت بسارابيا مرتبطة بروسيا من خلال الكثير من الروابط غير القابلة للكسر التي أصبح لها الحق في اعتبار نفسها تابعة لروسيا على مدى المائة عام الماضية، سارت بسارابيا مع روسيا حتى تم ضمها إلى رومانيا بعد حرب القرم ١٨٥٦. وبعد توحيد رومانيا كدولة عام ١٨٦١، تاريخياً أصبحت كيانا سريع الزوال على خريطة أوروبا خلال الحرب العالمية الأولى والثانية. بالمعنى الدقيق للكلمة، كانت موجودة يمكن التعرف عليها بين عامي ١٨١٢ و١٩٤٠. كمنطقة ل التنافس الإمبراطوري وتقلبات السياسة الدولية، حتى اسم "بسارابيا" تم حجبه في الواقع بعد عام ١٩٤٥. وقد اختير الموضوع لأهمية المنطقة في تاريخ روسيا العظمى والصراع الدولي. ويهدف البحث لإيضاح مدى تعدي الدول الكبرى على حرية الشعوب واستقلالها بهدف خدمة مصالحها، ومدى تناقض مواقف الدول الكبرى حول استقلال الدول الصغرى حسب مصالحها، لذا قسم البحث إلى عدة محاورة أهمها نبذة عن منطقة بساربيا وكيفية ضمها إلى روسيا القيصرية ثم محور حول بدء الخلاف الروسي- الروماني بعد ضمها إلى رومانيا ١٨٦١، وتأثر المنطقة بالثورات الروسية حتى اندلاع الحرب العالمية الأولى وظهور البلشفية التي ساندت سكان بسارابيا حتى عام ١٩٢٠ الذي انتهى بضمها إلى رومانيا من قبل الدول الكبرى رغم اعتراض سكانها.

The research aims to clarify the extent of the infringement of the great powers on the freedom and independence of peoples in order to serve the interests of the major countries, so the research was divided into several dialogues, the most important of which is an overview of the Sarbia region and how it was annexed to Tsarist Russia, then an axis about the start of the Russian-Roman conflict after its annexation to Romania in 1861, and the region was affected by the Russian revolutions unti The outbreak of World War I and the emergence of Bolshevism that supported the population of Bessarabia until 1920, which ended with the annexation of Romania by the major powers, despite the objection of its inhabitants.
