المستخلص: يعد بحث "ضوابط البناء الروحي والمادي للإنسان في السنة النبوية من منظور مقاصدي" باكورة مميزة من نوعه حيث عني الباحث فيه ببيان الضوابط الخاصة بالبناء الروحي، والضوابط الخاصة أيضًا بالبناء المادي. حيث استهل الباحث في بحثه أهم هذه الضوابط وأثرها في تزكية النفس والرقي بها والوصول بها في أعلى درجات الرفعة والصلاح، فبدأ الباحث بما يتعلق بالروح من تزكية للنفس للوصول بها إلى أسمى درجات الصفاء والنقاء، كما أنها تضبط الأخلاق، وتعمل على تقوية الروابط والصلاة بالمولى عز وجل. كما تحدث الباحث عن ضوابط البناء المادي للإنسان مبيناً عوامل البقاء وما يضبطها وما يتعلق بها في المأكل والمشرب والتكسب وما يتعلق بجمع الثروات. كما بينا بأن السنة النبوية المطهرة جاءت لرعاية مصالح المكلفين، وأنها تضبط تعاملات المسلم مع الغير من المسلمين وغير المسلمين، وأن الضروريات الخمس التي جاءت لمراعاة مقاصد المكلفين جاءت مستقاة من القرآن الكريم والسنة المطهرة، وأن مراقبة الله تعالى وتقواه هي فعل المأمور وترك المحظور.

The research "Regulations of the Spiritual and Material Building of Man in the Sunnah of the Prophet from the Perspective of My Intentions" is a distinguished first of its kind, as the researcher was concerned with clarifying the controls related to the spiritual construction, and the controls related to the physical construction as well. Where the researcher started in his research the most important of these controls and their impact on purifying the soul, uplifting it, and reaching it to the highest levels of elevation and righteousness. Almighty The researcher also talked about the controls of the physical construction of man, indicating the factors of survival and what controls them and what is related to them in food, drink, earning, and what is related to collecting wealth. We also showed that the purified Sunnah of the Prophet came to take care of the interests of the taxpayers, and that it regulates the Muslim's dealings with other Muslims and non-Muslims, and that the five necessities that came to take into account the purposes of the taxpayers came from the Holy Qur'an and the purified Sunnah, and that observing God - peace be upon him - and His piety takes into account the jurisprudential controls by not being hostile.
