|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الأحكام الفقهية والقضائية المتعلقة بزيارة المحضون؛ لترسيخ قيم العدل، وتضمن البحث بيان المراد بزيارة المحضون، وبيان أحكامها الشرعية والقضائية، والآثار المترتبة على ذلك، -واتبعت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي، وخلصت النتائج إلى ارتباط مسألة زيارة المحضون بالحضانة، وأوصت الدراسة بالوقوف على التطبيقات القضائية في هذا الباب، وبيان دور القضاء الشرعي في حقوق الإنسان، وتحقيق العدل والاستمرار في نشر الوعي في ذلك.
|b This study aimed at discovering the judicial jurisprudential rulings related to visiting the child under custody; in order to entrench the values of justice. The research includes the explanation of the concept of visiting the child under custody, and the explanation of its Sharī’ah and judicial rulings, and the consequences thereof. The researcher followed the analytical method, and concluded with some findings related to the issue of visiting the child under custody. The study recommended unveiling the judicial applications on the issue, and explaining the role of the Sharī’ah judiciary in human rights, and establishing justice and continuing spreading awareness on it.
