المستخلص: تكمن مشكلة البحث. في ندرة العلماء والدعاة القدوة في مجال الدعوة الذين ينطلقون في دعوتهم معتمدين على الكتاب والسنة، وكذلك الخوف من عدم توثيق كثير من جهود أحد العلماء والدعاة المؤثرين بدعوتهم في المجتمع وضياع بعض ما بذلوه، لا سيما وقد عايشنا هذا العالم صاحب الدراسة واستفدنا من دعوته، كما كان ضعف المادة القرآنية في الخطاب الدعوي في الآونة الأخيرة- مقارنة بالأساليب الأخرى؛ فكرية كانت أو سياسة أو غيرها- مشكلة بحثية أخرى أخذتها بعين الاعتبار في هذا البحث ويهدف البحث إلى إظهار مدى تأثير البيئة الاجتماعية والتعليمية في نشأة الشيخ المعصراوي، وكذا بيان جهوده الدعوية، وبيان الأساليب والوسائل الدعوية التي اعتمد عليها الشيخ في الدعوة. وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي والاستقرائي حيث قام الباحث بجمع كل ما يتعلق بحياة الشيخ وما يلحق بها من تأثير المحيط الاجتماعي والثقافي في نشأته، وتتبع جهوده الدعوية. ثم قام الباحث باستنباط الوسائل والأساليب الدعوية للشيخ، ثم قام بتحليلها ودراستها؛ وبيان كيفية الاستفادة منها. وقد خرج البحث بعدة نتائج منها أنه ظهرت بصمات البيئة الدينية والاجتماعية التي نشأ فيها الشيخ، وظهرت جهوده في الإمامة، والوعظ، وإقامة المراكز القرآنية، ورئاسة مشيخة المقارئ، وغيرها الكثير من الأعمال الدعوية وقد وظف ما جمع من علوم في الدعوة إلى الله تعالى ونصرة الحق، لم يكتفي الشيخ في دعوته بالوسائل الدعوية المعتادة من كتب ومقالات، أو مواعظ ومحاضرات، بل استفادا من الوسائل الإعلامية الحديثة.. لذا يوصي البحث طلاب العلم بالتعمق في البحث في جهود العلماء والدعاة المعاصرين وإبرازها للمجتمع، حتى تستفيد الأمة بهذه الجهود الدعوية.

The problem of the research is evident in the scarcity of scholars and preachers who are role models in the field of advocacy, who set out in their call relying on the Qur’an and Sunnah, and also the fear of not documenting many of the efforts of an influential scholar and preacher in their call in society and losing some of what they have done. Especially since we have experienced this scholar, the author of the study, and we have benefited from his call, as was the weakness of the Qur’an material in the preaching discourse in recent times compared to other methods. Intellectual, political, or other, research problems that I took into account in this research. The research aims to show the impact of the social and educational environment on the upbringing of Sheikh Al-Maasrawy as well as a statement of his advocacy efforts, and a statement of the advocacy methods and means that the Sheikh relied on advocacy. The research followed the descriptive and inductive approach, where the researcher collected everything related to the life of the sheikh and the influence of the social and cultural environment on his upbringing, and tracked his advocacy efforts. Then the researcher devised the means and advocacy methods of Sheikh Al Maasrawy, then analyzed and studied them. And explain how to use it. The research reached several results, including the emergence of the imprints of the religious and social environment in which the sheikh grew up, and the emergence of his efforts in the imamate, preaching, establishing Qur’anic centers, presiding over the sheikhdom of the readers, and many other advocacies works. In his call, the sheikh was not satisfied with the usual means of advocacy, such as books and articles, or sermons and lectures, but rather he benefited from modern media. Therefore, the research recommends students of science delve deeper into the efforts of contemporary scholars and preachers and highlight them to society so that the nation can benefit from these advocacy efforts.
