|a على مدى عشرين عاما، أصبح مصطلح "المدينة الذكية" راسخا في خطاب محترفي المدينة لتعيين منتج مدينة متصل بثورة الرقمية والتطور التكنولوجي. إذا كانت هذه الرؤية للذكاء الحضري تسلط الضوء على تطور البحوث، فإنها مع ذلك اختزالية أن المدينة الذكية هي قبل كل شيء مشروع اجتماعي يقوم على الاستدامة وانتشار المصلحة الجماعية مع ضمان الحفاظ على البيئة وتجديد الموارد في هذا المقال، نقترح النظر في الجوانب الرئيسية التي تمكن من تعزيز ذكاء الإقليم بهدف تحديد التفاعلات الإيجابية التي يمكن أن تتطور بين التكنولوجيا ونوعية الحيز الحضري والتي يمكن استخدامها في تنفيذ مشروع الجزائر الذكية، الذي يتباطأ في رؤية النور التكنولوجيات المفيدة هي التكنولوجيات التي تزيد من فعالية وكفاءة أدوات التنمية في المدينة وتحافظ في الوقت نفسه على التوازنات اللازمة..
|b For twenty years, the term "Smart City" has become established in the discourse of professionals to designate a "connected" city product of the digital revolution and technological development. If this vision of urban intelligence highlights the evolution of research, it is reductive. The smart city is above all a social project that is based on both sustainability and the prevalence of the collective interest while ensuring the preservation of the environment and the renewal of resources. In this paper, we propose to focus on the main aspects that make it possible to promote the intelligence of the territory with the aim of identifying the positive interactions that can develop between technology and quality of urban space and that could be used to concretize the Algiers Smart City project that is slow to be realized. Useful technologies are those that make it possible to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the city's development levers while preserving the necessary balances.
|d Depuis une vingtaine d’années, le terme de « Smart cité » s’est imposé dans le discours des professionnels de la ville pour désigner une ville « connectée » produit de la révolution numérique et du développement technologique. Si cette vision de l'intelligence urbaine met en avant l'évolution de la recherche, elle est toutefois réductrice. La ville intelligente est avant tout un projet social qui repose à la fois sur la durabilité et la prévalence de l'intérêt collectif tout en veillant, à la préservation de l'environnement et au renouvellement des ressources. Dans la présente communication, nous proposons de s’intéresser aux principaux aspects qui permettent de promouvoir l’intelligence du territoire dans l’objectif d’identifier les interactions positives qui peuvent se développer entre technologie et qualité d’espace urbain et qui pourraient servir à la concrétisation du projet Alger Smart cité qui tarde à voir le jour. Les technologies utiles sont celles qui permettent d’augmenter l’efficacité et l’efficience des leviers de développement de la ville tout en préservant les équilibres nécessaires.
