المستخلص: يتطرق هذا المقال إلى حرية التعبير في المواثيق الدولية والمساحات الممنوحة لها، إضافة إلى التقاطعات التي تصادف هذه الحرية مع المقدسات والشعائر والرموز الدينية حيث بالرغم من كفالة المواثيق الدولية كل من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان الاتفاقية الأوربية لحقوق الإنسان الاتفاقية الأمريكية لحقوق الإنسان، الاتفاقية الأفريقية لحقوق الإنسان الاتفاقية العربية لحقوق الإنسان وحتى الدساتير الوطنية لحرية التعبير إلى أنها تفرض قيودا موضوعية عليها، من بينها عدم إهانة والرموز الدينية والمقدسات والشعائر والاستهزاء بها.

This article deals with freedom of expression in international conventions and the spaces granted to them, in addition to the intersections that this freedom coincides with the sanctities, rituals and religious symbols, where despite the guarantee of international conventions - all of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the European Convention on Human Rights, the American Convention on Human Rights, The African Convention on Human Rights, the Arab Convention on Human Rights - and even the national constitutions for freedom of expression that they impose objective restrictions on them, including not insulting religious symbols, sanctities and rituals and mocking them.

Cet article traite de la liberté d'expression dans les pactes internationaux et des espaces qui lui sont accordés, en plus des intersections avec lesquelles cette liberté coïncide avec les saintetés, les rituels et les symboles religieux. La Convention africaine des droits de l'homme, la Convention arabe des droits de l'homme - et même les constitutions nationales sur la liberté d'expression indiquent qu'elles lui imposent des restrictions objectives, y compris ne pas insulter ou se moquer des symboles religieux, des saintetés et des rituels.
