مع تزايد عدد سكان العالم، فقد وصل حسب آخر الإحصائيات إلى 08 مليار نسمة [1] وعليه تفاقم ظاهرة التغيير المناخي والاحتباس الحراري [2] وكذا ارتفاع درجات الحرارة أدى إلى تراجع منسوب المياه الصالحة للشرب والري في نفس الوقت مما يزيد مشكلة شح المياه ويهدد بنشوب حروب مستقبلا [3]. الجدير بنا كأكاديميين التفكير جديا في حلول عملية ومناسبة لمنطقتنا ومدننا وفي إطار إمكانياتنا الفكرية العلمية، التكنلوجية، بمعنى إيجاد حلول عملية، قابلة للتجسيد والتحقيق على المدى القريب، المتوسط والبعيد. هذا المقال يعد خلاصة بحث مطول عن حلول عملية (opérationnels) وتطبيقها على مستوى المرافق العمومية وخاصة المرافق المدرسية (التعليمية) منها حتى نساهم في تجميع واستغلال مياه الأمطار هذا من جهة وزرع ثقافة عامة في هذا الصدد وسلوك يتوارث من جيل إلى جيل. بالنسبة للحلول المقترحة فهي تعد عملية (opérationnels) ومحلية مائة بالمئة وناجحة في كل أنحاء العالم والدول المتطورة منه. Enter With the increase in world population; it has reached, according to the latest statistics, 08 billion people [1]. And therefore the phenomenon of climate change and global warming has worsened [2], as well as the rise in temperatures, which has led to a drop in the level of drinking water and irrigation water at the same time, which aggravates the problem of water scarcity and threatens to spread future wars [3]. It is important for us, as intellectuals, to think seriously about practical and appropriate solutions for our region and our cities and within the framework of our intellectual, scientific and technological capacities, in the sense of finding practical solutions that can be embodied and carried out in the short, medium and long term. This article is the conclusion of a long research on practical (operational) solutions and their application at the level of public equipment, in particular schools (educational), so that we can contribute to the collection and exploitation of rainwater, on the one hand, and restore a general culture to our children. Avec l'augmentation de la population mondiale, elle a atteint, selon les dernières statistiques, 08 milliards de personnes [1], et donc le phénomène de changement climatique et de réchauffement climatique s'est aggravé [2], ainsi que la hausse des températures, qui a conduit à une baisse du niveau de l'eau potable et de l'eau d'irrigation en même temps, ce qui aggrave le problème de la rareté de l'eau et menace de propager les guerres futures [3] Il est important pour nous, en tant que intellectuels de réfléchir sérieusement à des solutions pratiques et appropriées pour notre région et nos villes et dans le cadre de nos capacités intellectuelles, scientifiques et technologiques, dans le sens de trouver des solutions pratiques qui peuvent être incarnées et réalisées dans le court, moyen et long terme. Cet article est la conclusion d'une longue recherche sur les solutions pratiques (opérationnelles) et leur application au niveau des équipements publics, notamment scolaires (éducatifs), afin que l'on puisse contribuer à la collecte et à l'exploitation des eaux pluviales d'une part, et restaurer une culture générale à nos enfants. |
