المستخلص: هدفنا من خلال دراستنا تسليط الضوء على السلوك الصحي الوقائي وعلاقة بمصادر الضبط الصحي لدى الشباب في زمن كورونا، وذلك من خلال إجراء مقابلة نصف موجهة لغرض البحث وتحليل مضمونها كما وكيفا، أجريت الدراسة على 6 حالات، اخترنا نصفهم أصيب بالعدوى، والنصف الآخر لم يصب. وتوصلنا في هذه الدراسة إلى أنه: كان لفيروس كورونا تأثير كبير على كل من الصحة الجسدية والنفسية ذلك بالنسبة لكل من المصابين والغير مصابين بالعدوى، كما صاحبه ظهور العديد من السلوكات الغير صحية، والمعلومات المغلوطة حول طبيعة هذا الفيروس ودرجة خطورته وكيفية انتشاره والوقاية منه، كما استنتجنا أن مصدر الضبط الصحي يساهم في تعزيز تبني السلوكات الوقائية بحيث أن مصدر الضبط الداخلي يعزز احترام الإجراءات الوقائية عكس أصحاب الضبط الخارجي الذين يرجعون إصابتهم بالعدوى إلى البيئة المحيطة، دون الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الإجراءات الوقائية اللازمة، وهذا ما يزيد من صعوبة السيطرة على انتشار العدوى.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between preventive health behavior and health locus control among young people in the time of COVID, through conducting a semi-oriented interview to be analyzed. In this study, we found out that the impact of the Corona virus was extremely negative on both physical and mental health, for both infected and non-infected people. The results of the study showed that many unhealthy behaviors appeared among adults because of the ignorance of the nature of this virus, its degree of danger, and the way how to prevent it, We have also concluded that the source of health control contributes to the adoption of preventive behaviors, so that the source of internal control promotes respect for preventive measures, unlike external regulators who attribute the infection to the surrounding environment, without taking into account the necessary preventive measures, which makes it more difficult to control the spread of infection.

Cette étude visait à étudier la relation entre le comportement de santé préventif et le contrôle du locus de santé chez les jeunes à l'époque de Corona, en réalisant un entretien semi-orienté à analyser. Dans cette étude, nous avons découvert que l'impact du virus Corona était extrêmement négatif sur la santé physique et psychologique, tant pour les personnes infectées que non infectées. Les résultats de l'étude ont montré que de nombreux comportements malsains sont apparus chez les adultes en raison de l'ignorance de la nature de ce virus, de son degré de danger et de la manière de le prévenir. Nous avons également conclu que la source de contrôle sanitaire contribue à l'adoption de comportements préventifs, de sorte que la source de contrôle interne favorise le respect des mesures préventives, contrairement aux régulateurs externes qui attribuent l'infection au milieu environnant, sans tenir compte des mesures préventives nécessaires, ce qui rend plus difficile le contrôle de la propagation de l'infection.
