المستخلص: إن التأمين جزء من عدة حضارات، خاصة تلك الحضارة التي تقوم على التعاون والتضامن بين الأفراد من أجل مواجهة خطر معين واقتسام الخسائر الناتجة عن تحققه، فقد حاول الإنسان مند عهد بعيد تنجب الأخطار المستمرة التي يتعرض لها، لذلك حاول استخدام الوسائل الوقائية لتوفير الأس والأمان لمواجهة نتائج الأخطار المحتملة الوقوع التي تلاحقه، وعليه من الصعب أن ننسب التأمين إلى حضارة معينة، حيث أن فكرة التأمين تطورت عبر مراحل وعبر محطات تاريخية، حتى تجسدت في نصوص قانونية لتنظيم وتأمين العديد من القطاعات.

Insurance is part of several civilizations, in particular that which is based on cooperation and solidarity between individuals to face a certain risk and share the losses resulting from its realization. Man has long tried to avoid the continuous dangers to which it is exposed, so it has tried to use preventive means to ensure safety and security to deal with the consequences of potential dangers that afflict it, and therefore it is difficult to attribute insurance to a civilization particular, because the idea of insurance developed in stages and through historic stations, until it was embodied in legal texts to regulate and secure many sectors .

L'assurance fait partie de plusieurs civilisations, notamment celle qui se fonde sur la coopération et la solidarité entre les individus pour faire face à un certain risque et partager les pertes résultant de sa réalisation. L'homme a tenté pendant longtemps d'éviter les dangers continus auxquels il est exposé, il a donc essayé d'utiliser des moyens préventifs pour assurer la sécurité et la sûreté pour faire face aux conséquences des dangers potentiels qui l'affligent, et il est donc difficile d'attribuer une assurance à une civilisation particulière, car l'idée d'assurance s'est développée par étapes et à travers les gares historiques, jusqu'à ce qu'elle s'incarne dans des textes juridiques pour réglementer et sécuriser de nombreux secteurs.
