المستخلص: تشهد عنابة نموا ديموغرافيا ومجاليا كبيرا وسريعا مصحوبا بمختلف أشكال التلوث التي تهدد الصحة العامة والبيئة. مساحاتها الخضراء في تدهور مستمر ونسبها أقل من المعايير المطلوبة. وعليه يتوجب دعمها وأخذها بعين الاعتبار في شتى عمليات التعمير من أجل الحفاظ على ما تبقى منها وإنشاء أخرى، لأن المساحات الخضراء تشكل مصدر نضارة ورضا بصري وتحفيز فكري يعزز التبادل الاجتماعي. حيث أصبحت المساحات الخضراء إحدى المكونات الأساسية للبيئة الحضرية. إذن، كيف يمكن إدارة هذه المساحات من أجل الرفاهية الحضرية وجودة المناظر الطبيعية؟

Annaba is experiencing strong and rapid demographic and spatial growth combined with the various spectra of pollution threatening human health and the environment. Its shrinking Green Spaces are below standards. They should be supported in urbanization operations for their preservation and the creation of others because greenery is a source of freshness, visual satisfaction, intellectual stimulation promoting social exchange. GS has also become an important component of the urban environment. So, by what management can we ensure urban well-being and landscape quality?

Annaba connait, une croissance forte et rapide, démographique et spatiale conjuguée aux divers spectres de pollutions guettant la santé humaine et l’environnement. Ses Espaces Verts en régression sont en deçà des normes. Il y a lieu de les prendre en charge dans les opérations d’urbanisation pour leurs préservations et la création d’autres car, la verdure est une source de fraîcheur, une satisfaction visuelle, une stimulation intellectuelle favorisant l’échange sociale. L’Espace Verts est devenu désormais une composante importante de l’environnement urbain. Alors, comment gérer ces espaces pour un bien-être urbain et une qualité paysagère?
