المستخلص: This study will be divided into two sections, the first section of which is devoted to the study of the sports contract through four demands, the first requirement deals with the definition of the sports contract and its legal nature, the second requirement deals with the characteristics of the sports contract, and the third requirement sheds light on the most important forms of sports contracts, while the fourth requirement deals with research Legal conditioning of the sports contract. The second topic is devoted to the study of liability resulting from the sports contract through three demands. The first requirement deals with the statement of the field of contractual liability, the second requirement deals with the pillars of contractual responsibility, and the third requirement deals with the rules related to amending the provisions of contractual liability.
