المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث مسألة مهمة من مسائل الفقه المبنية على بعض الأحاديث إثابتا ونفيا، قبولا وردا.. وهذه المسألة هي: «حكم الركعتين بعد العصر» ويحدث في كثير من الأحيان تجاذب بين الناس، وتنافر بينهم في حكم هاتين الركعتين بناء على استناد كل رأي إلى ما يراه من أحاديث وما يقف عليه من أدلة مثبتة أو نافية... فأحببت أن أميط اللثام عن هذه المسألة ببيان ما فيها من أحاديث، وفهم الشراح لها، وبيان مذاهب الأئمة المعتبرين من الفقهاء حتى أوقف القاريء على ما يشفي العليل، ويروي الغليل فيما يبدو له من تعارض ظاهري في كلام المعصوم صلى الله عليه وسلم؛ فالوحي الإلهي لا تناقض فيه ولا تضاد، وإنما -إن وجد هذا التناقض وتلك التضاد -فبحسب الظاهر؛ إذ إن بعض الأحاديث عام له ما يخصصه، وبعضها مطلق له ما يقيده، وبعضها مجمل له ما يفصله، والبعض الآخر منسوخ له ناسخه، أو يكون التعارض في ذهن الناظر لا في نفس كلامه صلى الله عليه وسلم، من هنا جاء البحث في مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة. وقد توصلت في ختام البحث إلى أن هاتين الركعتين من خصوصياته صلى الله عليه وسلم أو قضاء لسنة فائتة.

This research deals with an important issue of jurisprudence based on some hadiths, affirming and negating, accepting and rejecting... This issue is: "The Ruling of the Two Rak'ahs after the Asr" and in many cases there is friction between people, and resentment occurs between them in the ruling on these two Rak'ahs based on the basis of each opinion To what he sees of hadiths and the evidence that proves or denies them... So I wanted to reveal this issue by explaining what it contains of hadiths, and the explanations of them, and explaining the doctrines of the eminent imams of the jurists so that the reader was arrested on what cures the sick, and na'rrates the bitterness in what It seems to him that there is an apparent contradiction in the words of the infallible The Divine Revelation does not contradict or contradict it, but – if this contradiction and that contradiction is found – it is according to the apparent meaning, as some hadiths are general and have what they specify, and some of them are absolute and have what restrict them, and some of them are total and have what separates them, and others abrogate them. The contradiction is in the mind of the beholder, not in his words (therefore, the research came in an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. At the conclusion of the research, I concluded that these two rak'ahs are from its peculiarities (or the end of a missed year.
