المستخلص: يعد التعليم الفني الصناعي أحد الدعائم الرئيسة للتنمية الاقتصادية وتوفير كوادر العمالة الفنية المؤهلة القادرة على الوفاء بمتطلبات سوق العمل وتزويدهم بالمعارف والمهارات الفنية والتكنولوجية المتعددة, كما تزداد أهميته في الوقت الراهن في ظل الضرورات الحتمية التي تفرضها التحديات العالمية المعاصرة ومجتمع المعرفة الذي أصبح يطرح أشكالا جديدة للعمل ويتطلب تخصصات غير تقليدية لا يوفرها التعليم الفني الصناعي بوضعه الحالي، فرغم ما يشهده العالم من تطور تكنولوجي وتقني مازال القطاع الاقتصادي في مصر يعاني نقص العمالة ونقص جودة المدخلات البشرية بمواقع العمل والإنتاج والذي يرجع إلى انخفاض جودة التعليم الفني الصناعي وضعف هيلكة التنظيمي وعدم توافق المواصفات المهنية للخريج مع المواصفات والمعايير المطلوبة في سوق العمل المحلي والعالمي. كما استعانت الدولة المصرية بالعديد من الخبرات في مجال التعليم الفني الصناعي وكانت من تلك الخبرات تجربة المدارس الإيطالية في محاولة لربط التعليم الصناعي الفني بمؤسسات العمل المحلية والدولية.

Industrial technical education is one of the main pillars of economic development and the provision of qualified technical manpower cadres capable of meeting the requirements of the labor market and providing them with multiple technical and technological knowledge and skills, and the great importance of industrial technical education at the present time is increasing in light of the inevitable necessities imposed by contemporary global challenges and the knowledge society that has become It introduces new forms of work and requires non-traditional specializations that are not provided by industrial technical education in its current state, despite the technological and technological development witnessed by the world The economic sector in Egypt still suffers from a shortage of employment and the lack of quality of human inputs at work and production sites. This is due to the low quality of industrial technical education, weak organizational structure, and the incompatibility of the professional specifications of the graduate with the specifications and standards required in the local and global labor market. The Egyptian state has also taken many experiences in the field of industrial technical education, and among those experiences was the experience of Italian schools in Egypt, which contribute greatly to strengthening links with local and international business institutions. And then it was necessary to get acquainted with the goals of Italian schools in Egypt- an analytical study
