المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور قدرات تحسين استدامة مرونة سلسلة التوريد على الأداء المستهدف في ظل نموذج الاقتصاد الدائري، بالتطبيق على عينة من شركات قطاع صناعة البتروكيماويات في محافظتي الإسكندرية والبحيرة، وفي سبيل الوصول لهذا الهدف تم تطوير سبعة فروض، وتم الاعتماد على قائمة استقصاء طورها الباحث لجمع البيانات الأولية التي تخدم غرض الدراسة، ومن خلال مقياس كرونباخ ألفا تم التأكد من ثبات مقاييس متغيرات الدراسة، وباستخدام أسلوب التحليل العاملي Factor Analysis تم التأكد من الصدق التطابقي Convergent Validity لمقاييس متغيرات الدراسة، وكذلك تم التأكد من الصدق التمايزي Discriminant Validity لمقاييس متغيرات الدراسة، وباستخدام أسلوب تحليل Partial Least Square (PLS) تم تحليل العلاقات داخل النموذج، واختبار فروض الدراسة، وبتحليل نتائج الدراسة، توصل الباحث إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للقدرات التشاركية والتحالفية، وقدرات تحليلات البيانات الضخمة على استدامة مرونة سلسلة التوريد في الشركات محل الدراسة، وكذلك وجود تأثير إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية لاستدامة مرونة سلسلة التوريد على الأداء الاقتصادي المستهدف في الشركات محل الدراسة، وأخيرا توصل الباحث إلى أن قدرات تحليلات البيانات الضخمة تعد وسيط جزئي للعلاقة بين القدرات التشاركية والتحالفية للشركاء في الشركات محل الدراسة.

This study aims to identify the role of the capabilities of improving the sustainability of the flexibility of the supply chain on the target performance under the circular economy model., and, in order to reach this goal, seven hypotheses were developed, and a survey list developed by the researcher was used to collect the primary data that serve the research purpose, and through the use of Cronbach's Alpha scale, the reliability of the research variables was confirmed, and by using the method of factor analysis, the convergent validity of the research variables was confirmed, the square root of the explanatory variance with the correlation coefficients between the variables, and the use of the Partial Least Square (PLS) to test hypotheses, The research found that there is a positive statistically significant effect of the Engagement and alliance capabilities, and the capabilities of big data analytics on the sustainability of the supply chain flexibility in the companies under study, as well as the presence of a positive statistically significant effect of the sustainability of the supply chain flexibility on the targeted economic, Finally, the researcher concluded that the capabilities of big data analytics are a partial mediator of the relationship between the Engagement and alliance capabilities of the partners in the companies under study.
