المستخلص: يدور البحث حول الآيات القرآنية التي جاءت متحدثة عن الأرحام وأقسامها، والآيات التي جاءت مبينة للعدة وأنواعها؛ فذكر الباحث بعض وظائف الأرحام، والغاية المثلى من خلق الأرحام داخل الإناث، وهي حمل الأجنة وحفظها وبين بعض الحكم الشرعية والعلمية من تشريع العدة، ووضح العلاقة بين الأرحام والعدة؛ فهما مترابطان فكلما ذكرت العدة ذكرت الأرحام، وتناول بعض الأقوال الفقهية المتعلقة بعدد النساء، وذكر بعض وجوه الإعجاز العلمي في القرآن الكريم؛ من خلال الربط بين الاكتشافات العلمية الحديثة والقرآن الكريم فيما يخص الآيات موضع الدراسة؛ فالقرآن منزل من قبل الله- تعالى- العليم بخلقه اللطيف بهم؛ فكل هذا دلالة على إتقان الخالق الصانع خلقه، فسبحانه مستحق للعبودية والحمد التام والشكر الكثير على ما أنعم وأفاض على العباد. هذا، وسلك الباحث في بحثه المنهج المتبع في التفسير الجامع بين الأصالة والمعاصرة، فوضح في مقدمة بحثه أسباب اختياره للموضوع وخطة البحث وأهدافه، وذكر في التمهيد التعريف بأهم المصطلحات التي جاءت في عنوان البحث، ووضح الباحث في المبحث الأول: أن الأرحام المذكورة في القرآن أربعة، القسم الأول: أرحام النساء خاصة، القسم الثاني: أرحام الأنعام، القسم الثالث: أرحام الإناث عامة من البشر وغيرهم، القسم الرابع: الأرحام ويراد بها الأقارب، ثم ذكر الباحث في المبحث الثاني الآيات القرآنية التي تحدثت عن العدة، فبين عدة المطلقة التي تحيض، وعدة الآيسة والصغيرة، وعدة الحامل، وعدة المتوفي عنها زوجها، وبين أن المطلقة قبل الدخول لا عدة عليها، ثم ختم الباحث هذا المبحث ببيان علاقة الأرحام بعدة المرأة، ثم بين في خاتمة البحث أهم النتائج والتوصيات ثم ذيل البحث بقائمة المصادر والمراجع.

The research revolves around the Qur’anic verses that spoke about wombs and their divisions, and the verses that explained the number and types of wombs. The researcher mentioned some of the functions of the wombs, and the ideal goal of creating wombs within females, which is carrying and preserving embryos, and between some legal and scientific rulings on the legalization of the waiting period, and explained the relationship between the wombs and the waiting period; They are interrelated, so whenever the number is mentioned, the wombs are mentioned, and it deals with some jurisprudential sayings related to the number of women, and mentions some aspects of scientific miracles in the Holy Qur’an by linking modem scientific discoveries and the Holy Qur’an with regard to the verses under study; The Qur’an was revealed by God Almighty, the All-Knowing, through His gentle creation towards them. All of this is an indication of the mastery of the Creator, the Maker of His creation. Glory be to Him, He is deserving of servitude, complete praise, and abundant gratitude for what He bestowed and bestowed abundantly on His servants. This, and the researcher followed in his research the approach followed in the comprehensive interpretation between originality and modernity, and explained in the introduction to his research the reasons for choosing the topic, the research plan and its objectives, and mentioned in the introduction the definition of the most important terms that came in the title of the research, In the first topic, the researcher explained that the wombs mentioned in the Qur’an are four, the first section: the wombs of women in particular, the second section: the wombs of cattle, the third section: the wombs of females in general, including humans and others, the fourth section: the wombs, which are intended for relatives, then the researcher mentioned in the second topic The Quranic verses that talked about the waiting period, so he clarified the waiting period of the divorced woman who menstruates, the waiting period of the female and the young, the waiting period of the pregnant woman, and the waiting period of her deceased husband, and he stated that the divorced woman before consummation does not have her waiting period. The research is the most important results and recommendations, then the research appendices a list of sources and references.
