المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة دلالة ألفاظ اللباس في كتب الفقه وبيان مدى ارتباطها بالحكم الفقهي، من خلال بابين يكثر فيهما ذكر ألفاظ اللباس هما : باب الإحرام، وباب الأيمان، وقد قسمته إلى مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة، استعرض التمهيد مدى ارتباط الفقه والفقهاء باللغة وعلومها، وما المواصفات اللغوية التي ينبغي أن تتوفر في الفقيه حتى يحق له استنباط الأحكام الفقهية وبيانها للناس، ومدى عناية علمي الفقه وأصول الفقه بدلالة الألفاظ ودرس المبحث الأول دلالة ألفاظ اللباس في باب الإحرام، ودرس المبحث الثاني دلالة ألفاظ اللباس في باب الأيمان. وتوصل البحث في خاتمته إلى أن الفقهاء أكثروا من ذكر ألفاظ اللباس في باب الإحرام وباب الأيمان، وأنهم كانوا مدركين للفروق الدلالية الدقيقة بين تلك الألفاظ؛ مما كان له أثره الواضح في إصدارهم الأحكام الفقهية، وقد استعانوا لتمام إيضاح ذلك بالألفاظ المترادفة، والمشترك اللفظي، والمعرب والدخيل والمولد، كما نقلوا دلالة بعضها، أو وسعوها لتتناسب مع الحكم الفقهي، وقد شملت تلك الألفاظ التي أوردوها معظم استعمالات اللباس.

The research aims to study the significance of the words of dress in the books of jurisprudence, and to show the extent of their connection to the legal ruling, through two chapters in which the words of dress are frequently mentioned :It has been divided into an introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion . The preface reviewed the extent to which jurisprudence and jurists are related to language and its sciences, and what linguistic specifications should be available in a jurist so that he has the right to elicit jurisprudence rulings and explain them to people, and the extent to which the scholars of jurisprudence and the principles of jurisprudence are concerned with the semantics of words . The first topic studied the significance of the expressions of dress in the chapter on Ihram, and the second topic studied the significance of the expressions of dress in the chapter on oaths. The research concluded in its conclusion: That the jurists multiplied the words of dress in the chapter on Ihram and the chapter on oaths , and that they were aware of the subtle semantic differences between those words; Which had a clear impact on their issuance of jurisprudential rulings, and they used the synonymous words, the common verbal, the arabic, the intruder and the mawlid, as they conveyed the significance of some of them, or expanded them to fit with the jurisprudential ruling. Those words , which they cited , included most of the uses of dress.
