المستخلص: يعد التراث الثقافي أحد أهم الركائز الأساسية التي يمكن أن تؤثر بشكل إيجابي على الدخل القومي ويعمل على حفظ الهوية الثقافية، حيث يعبر بكل عناصره المادية واللامادية عن الجذور الحضارية لمجتمع لديه موروثات من الأجيال السابقة، وظلت باقية حتى الوقت الحاضر ووهبت للأجيال المقبلة، وهذا ما يتحقق على أرض سلطنة عمان، إذ تضم العديد من عناصر التراث المادي كالمباني والقلاع والأماكن التاريخية وغيرها، ومنها ما صنفته اليونسكو ضمن مواقع التراث الثقافي العالمي، وهذه المواقع ذات أهمية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وفي هذا الإطار فقد اهتمت سلطنة عمان بتعزيز مساهمة التراث الثقافي المادي في التنمية السياحية المستدامة، وذلك من خلال استراتيجيتها للتنمية وفق رؤية 2040م. وفي نفس السياق فقد أدركت عمان أن الاهتمام بالتراث الثقافي والحفاظ عليه ليس مطلبا قوميا فحسب، وإنما هو مطلب تنموي يتصل بتوفير المقومات السليمة اللازمة للتنمية السياحية المستدامة، فلا شك في أن دور التراث الثقافي في جلب السياح هو دور مهم؛ لذا فالسياحة العمانية غالبا هي سياحة ثقافية. وبناء على ما سبق فإن تحقيق تنمية مستدامة بسلطنة عمان لا يتأسس من خلال المعطى الاقتصادي فحسب، وإنما من الضروري الولوج إليه عبر المدخل الثقافي، ومن هذا المنظور يكون لدراسة التراث الثقافي المادي في مسعاه التنموي أمرا ملحا، وهذا ما دفع الباحث للاهتمام بدراسة عناصره من جهة وبكيفية استثمارها لخدمة الأغراض التنموية المستدامة من جهة ثانية، ومن هنا جاءت فكرة هذه الدراسة التي تهدف إلى إلقاء الضوء على مواقع التراث الثقافي المادي بها لإظهار وإبراز ما يملكه هذا الإقليم من إمكانات وفرص متعددة في قطاع السياحة الثقافية، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى وضع استراتيجية لحماية التراث الثقافي العماني وتطويره.

Cultural heritage is one of the most important pillars that can positively affect the national income and works to preserve the cultural identity, as it expresses with all its material and immaterial elements the civilized roots of a society that has legacies from previous generations, which remained until the present time and were endowed to future generations, and this is what is achieved On the land of the Sultanate of Oman, as it includes many elements of Material heritage such as buildings, castles, historical places, etc., including what UNESCO has classified as world cultural heritage sites, and these sites are important for achieving sustainable development, and in this context, the Sultanate of Oman has taken care to enhance the contribution of Material cultural heritage to development sustainable tourism, through its development strategy in accordance with Vision 2040 AD. In the same context, Oman has realized that caring for and preserving cultural heritage is not only a national demand, but rather a developmental demand related to providing the right ingredients necessary for sustainable tourism development. There is no doubt that the role of cultural heritage in attracting tourists is an important one. Therefore, Omani tourism is often cultural tourism. Based on the foregoing, the achievement of sustainable development in the Sultanate of Oman is not based solely on the economic factor, but it is necessary to access it through the cultural approach. From this perspective, the study of the Material cultural heritage in its development endeavor is urgent, and this prompted the researcher to pay attention to studying its elements on the one hand. And how to invest it to serve sustainable development purposes on the other hand, hence the idea of this study, which aims to shed light on the Material cultural heritage sites in it to show and highlight the potentials and opportunities this region possesses in the cultural tourism sector. The study also aims to develop a strategy for heritage protection. Omani culture and development.
