Abstract:

تعالج ورقتنا البحثية موضوع المواطنة بين الحق والواجب "رؤية ثناية بين المواطن والدولة" عن طريق تبيان مصطلح المواطنة والكشف عن حقوقها وواجباتها على مستوى كل من المواطن والدولة هذه الأخيرة ضمن سياق ذكر بعض الاتفاقيات والمعاهدات الدولية الداعمة لها ذات المشترك العام بين مختلف الدول.

Our research paper deals with the issue of citizenship between right and duty "a dual vision between the citizen and the state" by clarifying the term citizenship and revealing its rights and duties at the level of both the citizen and the latter state within the context of mentioning some of the international conventions and treaties supporting it that have common commonality between different countries.
