المستخلص: Today many parts of society are impacted by artificial intelligence such as medicine, robotics, finance, the world of games, information... And justice is not spared by this inevitable movement, so much so that the expression of predictive justice has made its appearance. The introduction of artificial intelligence to justice has already begun, bringing with it many questions about its impact.

Aujourd’hui de nombreux pans de la société sont impactes par l’intelligence artificielle telle que la médecine, la robotique, la finance, l’univers des jeux, l’information… Et la justice n'est pas épargnée par ce mouvement inévitable, si bien que l’expression de justice prédictive a fait son apparition. L’introduction de l’intelligence artificielle à la justice a déjà commencé, entraînant avec elle de nombreuses interrogations sur son impact.
