|a يمثل موضوع المقاولاتية مادة ثرية في مختلف الحقول العلمية؛ سوسيولوجية التنظيمات، الأنتروبولوجيا، الاقتصاد. باعتبارها فاعلا أساسيا في عملية التنمية والتغير الاجتماعي، والتي اتخذت من المفهوم حقلا لدراساتها، من خلال تحليل أنماط تسيير المقاولة؛ الاتصال، ممارسة السلطة، العلاقات الاجتماعية.. إلخ. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الأضواء على المقاول الفرد وليس المقاولة كمنظمة فبعدما دأبت معظم الدراسات في التراث السوسيولوجي بالتركيز عليها كمنظمة إنتاجية، وكوحدة اجتماعية، نركز نحن على الفاعل l'acteur من خلال طروحات Michel Crosier. كما نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة أن نقارب أهم المعالم الأساسية في إنتاج المقاول، بيئته ثقافته والمتغيرات التي تحيط بها.
|b The subject of entrepreneurship is a rich material in various scientific fields; sociology of organizations, anthropology, economics, as a major player in the process of development and social change, which has taken the concept as a field for its studies, through the analysis of patterns of business management, communication, the exercise of power, social relations.. This research paper aims to shed light on the individual or human contractor and not the contractor as an organization which after most studies in sociological heritage has focused on as a production organization and as a social unit, where we focused on the actor through "Michel Crosier" propositions. We also tried through this study to approach the most important milestones in contractor production, its environment, its culture, and the variables surrounding it.
