المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى حصر الكفاءات الضرورية لأخصائي المعلومات سواء في منصب ملحق مستوى أول بالمكتبات الجامعية أو مكتبي وثائقي أمين محفوظات حاصل على شهادة ليسانس وفقا لثلاثة مصادر أساسية، والمتمثلة في البرامج التكونية والتي نخصصها لعرض تكوين الموائمة الوطنية ومخرجاتها من كفاءات، وكذا مختلف التشريعات المتعلقة بمهنة المكتبيين في قطاعي الثقافة وقطاع التعليم العالي أضف إلى ذلك مراجع المهن التي تعد من الأدوات التسييرية المهمة في ساحات العمل التي تحدد الأفراد الواجب تواجدهم في مؤسسة مع مهامهم والكفاءات الواجب توفرها فيهم. قصد تقديم صورة شاملة للكفاءات الواجبة في إطاره دراسة تحليلية تعتمد على المنهج الوثائقي.

This study aims to determine the skills necessary for an information specialist, whether he occupies the position of first level attaché in university libraries or archivist librarian in public libraries, according to three fundamental sources: the Configuration Offers of national harmonization and its output of skills, as well as various legislation related to the profession of Librarians in the sectors of culture and higher education, in addition to this, the repositories to the professions which are among the important management tools in the workplace that determine the people who must be present in an establishment with their tasks and the skills that must be provided there

Cette étude vise à déterminer les compétences nécessaires à un spécialiste de l'information, qu'il occupe le poste d'attaché de premier niveau dans les bibliothèques universitaires ou bibliothécaire archiviste dans les bibliothèques publique, selon trois sources fondamentales ;les offres de formation de l'harmonisation nationale et ses sorties de compétences, ainsi que diverses législations liées à la profession des Bibliothécaires dans les secteurs de la culture et de l'enseignement supérieur, en plus de cela, les référentiels aux professions qui sont parmi les outils de gestion importants dans le lieu de travail qui déterminent les personnes qui doivent être présentes dans un établissement avec leurs tâches et les compétences qui doivent y être fournies
