المستخلص: مما لا شك فيه أن التأليف المعجمي قديم قدم الحضارات الإنسانية؛ فالأمم السابقة ذات الحضارات القديمة وضعت الأسس الأولى للمعاجم في شكل تصنيف رسائل وجدت آثارها في بعض مكتبات العالم. وترجع أهمية المعاجم إلى أنها تحمل العديد من ألفاظ اللغة ومعانيها، وهذا ما لا يمكن أن يحيط به أي شخص مهما كان واسع الاطلاع، كما أن مفردات اللغة تختلف بين أبنائها بحسب ثقافتهم، فهناك الكلمات التي تستخدم بشكل عامي ويومي، وهناك الكلمات الأدبية والكلمات المتخصصة، كما أن الاحتكاك والتداخل مع اللغات الأخرى تحت أي ظرف يولد مفردات جديدة لم تكن في أصل اللغة، وتتنوع المعاجم بتنوع أهدافها ومناهجها ومن حيث مادتها حسب العموم والخصوص، أو حسب وحدة اللغة إلى معاجم أحادية أو ثنائية أو معاجم متعددة اللغات؛ حيث تختص الدراسة بالمعاجم ثنائية اللغة. وهذا النوع من المعاجم له أهمية كبيرة؛ إذ يفي بمتطلبات المجتمع، ومقتضيات الحضارة والثقافة، كما يعد من أهم وسائل الترجمة والتعريب. تحاول هذه الدراسة الوقوف على واقع أحد المعاجم ثنائية اللغة؛ إذ لا يخفى على أهل الاختصاص ما لهذه المعاجم من دور في تقديم المكافئات اللفظية والمصطلحات اللغوية في أي لغة من اللغات وضبطها وتثبيتها، ودورها أيضا في توحيد استعمال ترجمات الألفاظ والمصطلحات، وعليه تناقش هذه الدراسة جملة من الإشكاليات: إشكالية ضبط المداخل المعجمية في صناعة المعجم، وكيف يتم تنظيمها (تصنيفها وتركيبا)؟، وكيف تتم معالجتها (صياغة وشرحا)؟، وهل استفاد صاحب المعجم من المناهج والنتائج النظرية والتطبيقية التي توصلت إليها المعجمية؟، إلى جانب رصد منهجيته في ترتيب المداخل المعجمية، وتوظيفه للتجمعات اللفظية، وتوضيح آليات الترجمة التي انتهجها داخل معجمه حتى يصل إلى أفضل مكافئ في لغته، ورصد الثغراث المعجمية ووضع استدراكات عليها.

There is no doubt that lexical authorship is as old as human civilizations, as previous nations with ancient civilizations laid the first foundations of dictionaries in the form of classifying letters whose traces were found in some libraries of the world. The importance of dictionaries is due to the fact that they carry many language words and meanings, and this is what can not be surrounded by anyone, no matter how knowledgeable, and the vocabulary of the language varies between its children according to their culture, there are words that are used colloquially and daily, and there are literary words and specialized words, and the friction and overlap with other languages under any circumstances generates new vocabulary that was not in the origin of the language, and dictionaries vary with the diversity of their objectives and curricula and in terms of their material according to the general and particular, or According to the unity of the language into monolingual or dual dictionaries or multilingual dictionaries, where the study specializes in bilingual dictionaries. This type of dictionaries is of great importance, as it meets the requirements of society, civilization and culture, and is one of the most important means of translation and Arabization. This study attempts to identify the reality of a bilingual dictionary. It is no secret to the specialists that these dictionaries have a role in presenting, controlling and fixing verbal equivalents and linguistic terms in any language, and their role also in standardizing the use of translations of words and terms, and therefore this study poses a number of problems: The problem of controlling lexical entrances in the lexical industry, and how is it organized (classified and structured)? How are they processed (drafted and explained)? Did the author of the dictionary benefit from the theoretical and applied methods and results reached by the lexicon? In addition to monitoring his methodology in arranging lexical entries, and employing verbal groupings. Clarify the translation mechanisms that he pursued within his dictionary until he reaches the best equivalent in his language, monitoring lexical gaps and placing corrections on them.
