المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل التنظيم المكاني للمخابز البلدية المدعمة في مدينة كفر الشيخ، حيث بدأت بدراسة تطور عدد المخابز، التي شهدت تطور ملحوظا خلال المدة من ١٩٨٠ - 2020م، ثم أشارت إلى التوزيع الجغرافي للمخابز البلدية المدعمة سواء من حيث العدد أم الطاقة الإنتاجية، وفي الجزء الثالث تناول البحث تحليل التوزيع الجغرافي للمخابز البلدية المدعمة اعتمادا على عدد من القياسات المهمة منها على سبيل المثال: المسافة المعيارية، والتوزيع الاتجاهي، ومعامل صلة الجوار... وغيرها، كما ألقت الدراسة الضوء على إنتاج الخبز البلدي المدعم بالمدينة بكونه أهم بنود الغذاء في المجتمع المصري بصفة عامة، ثم أوضحت الدراسة نفوذ المخابز البلدية المدعمة في مدينة كفر الشيخ. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: التوزيع الجغرافي غير العادل للمخابز البلدية المدعمة ليس فقط بين شياخات المدينة فحسب إنما أيضا بين أحيائها المختلفة؛ الأمر الذي نتح عنه التركز الشديد لها في بعض المناطق وخلو الأخرى منها تماما، فضلا عن معاناة بعض المترددين على المخابز البلدية من صعوبة الوصول إليها، وكذلك ازدحام بعضها، كما اتضح أيضا أن التوزيع المكاني لمعظم المخابز البلدية المدعمة في مدينة كفر الشيخ غير ملائم، فمعظمها يشغل الأدوار الأرضية في الوحدات السكنية، والبعض الآخر نقع على مقربة من بعض المنشآت الصحية والتعليمية، علاوة على إشرافها على شوارع ضيقة.. مخالفة بذلك الاشتراطات المكانية. وختمت الدراسة بالتأكيد على بعض التوصيات لمعالجة هذه المشكلات.

This study aims to analyzing the spatial arrangement of the supporting municipality bakeries in Kafr Elsheikh City, where it began by studying the development the number of bakeries, which it have devolved a remarkable development during the period between 1980- 2020, then the study indicated to the geographical distribution of municipality bakeries, both in terms of its number and production capacity. In the third part, the research dealt with analyzing of the geographical distribution of municipal bakeries depending on number of important measurements, such as, for example: Standard distances, directional distribution, neighbor correlation coefficient,..etc. The study also clarified on the production of the supporting municipality bakeries in the city as it is the most important food item in the Egyptian society in general. Then study showed the powerful influence of the supporting municipality bakeries in Kafr Elsheikh City. The study reached to several results, the most important of it, are: The inequitable distribution of the geographical distribution of the supporting municipality bakeries, not only between the areas of the City, but also between its different districts, that resulted in sharp concentration in some areas, while others were completely devoid of it, as well as, those who frequent on these bakeries, suffering from the difficulties of reaching to it, also, some of it are crowded. The spatial distribution of these supporting municipality bakeries in Kafr Elsheikh City, are unsuitable, because most of it most of it occupying the ground floors of the residential units, and others are located near some of health and educational facilities, in addition, it overlooking narrow streets, that make it in violation of the spatial requirements. The study ended by some of the recommendations to treat these problems.
