المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز أهمية التعليم التقني في عملية التنمية والتطور المجتمعي، وأهم أهدافه ووظائفه، وتحديد التحديات والمعوقات التي تواجه التعليم التقني، وتحليل العلاقة بين مدخلات التعليم التقني ومخرجاته في سوق العمل؛ لتقديم مجموعة من المقترحات التي تسهم في النهوض بالتعليم التقني والوفاء باحتياجات سوق العمل. وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بالاستعانة بطريقة المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، مستخدمة استمارة الاستبيان التي طبقت على عينة قوامها (١٨٦) من خريجي التعليم التقني بالمعاهد الفنية التابعة للكلية التكنولوجية ببورسعيد، فضلا عن استخدام المقابلات المتعمقة مع (۱۲) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالمعاهد الفنية، وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الغالبية العظمى من المبحوثين يؤكدون على عدم وجود مواءمة بين مخرجات التعليم التقني واحتياجات سوق العمل، ويرجع ذلك لأسباب عديدة من أهمها: عدم وجود لوائح وتشريعات تنظم المواءمة بين التعليم التقني واحتياجات سوق العمل، ثم يليها زيادة أعداد البطالة بين خريجي التعليم التقني، مع غياب التوازن بين العرض والطلب من خريجي المعاهد التقنية وطلب سوق العمل عليهم، وأخيرا وجود فجوة مرتفعة بين المهارات التي يتلقاها الخريج وبين المتطلبات المهارية اللازمة لسوق العمل، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إشراك القطاع الخاص في المؤتمرات والندوات التي تعقد والاستفادة من خبراتهم باحتياجات سوق العمل باعتباره القطاع الرئيسي في استقطاب مخرجات التعليم التقني وكذلك للاستثمار بالتعليم التقني.

This research aims to highlight the importance of technical education in the process of societal development by knowing its most important objectives and functions, identifying challenges and obstacles facing technical education, and analyzing the relationship between technical education inputs and outputs in the labor market, To present a set of proposals that contribute to the advancement of technical education and meet the needs of the labor market. The study relied on the descriptive approach using the sampling social survey method. The study also used a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of (186) graduates of technical education from technical institutes affiliated to the College of Technology in Port Said, as well as using in-depth interviews with (12) members the teaching staff in technical institutes. The results of the study concluded that the vast majority of the respondents confirm the lack of alignment between the outputs of technical education and the needs of the labor market, and this is due to several reasons, the most important of which are: the absence of regulations and legislation regulating the alignment between technical education and the needs of the labor market, followed by an increase in the number of unemployment among graduates Technical education, the absence of a balance between supply and demand from graduates of technical institutes and the demand for them by the labor market, and finally, the existence of a high gap between the skills that the graduate receives and the skill requirements necessary for the labor market. The study recommended the necessity of involving the private sector in conferences and seminars that are held and benefiting from their experiences with the needs of the labor market, as it is the main sector in attracting technical education outputs, as well as investing in technical education.
