|a التمكين السياسي للشباب ولا سيما فئة الشباب الجامعي يعد أحد الآليات الهامة التي طبقتها جمهورية مصر العربية في السنوات الأخيرة ولا زالت تطبقها وذلك للمساهمة في دمج وانخراط الشباب في المجتمع وضمان ولائه وانتمائه وحمايته من الوقوع في براثن الانحراف الفكري والتطرف والإرهاب والتي عانت منه الدولة لفترات زمنية ليست بالقليلة، وقد استهدف البحث الراهن تحديد دور المؤتمرات الوطنية للشباب في تحقيق التمكين السياسي للشباب من خلال تطبيق الدراسة على عينة قوامها ٤٢٠ طالبا وطالبة من طلاب جامعتي عين شمس والزقازيق سواء المشاركين في حضور تلك المؤتمرات أو المتابعين لها، وأسفرت النتائج عن أن تلك المؤتمرات ساهمت في تشكيل الوعى السياسي للشباب من خلال تشجيعهم على المشاركة السياسية الفعالة ودعم قيم الولاء والانتماء للمجتمع فضلا عن تنظيم مجموعة من الفاعليات الجامعية كنماذج محكاه لتلك المؤتمرات لتدريب الطلاب على حرية الرأي واحترام الرأي الآخر وطرح القضايا السياسية والمشاركة في صنع واتخاذ القرار.
|b The political empowerment of youth, especially the university youth category, is one of the important mechanisms that the Arab Republic of Egypt has applied in recent years and is still applying, in order to contribute to the integration and involvement of youth in society, ensure their loyalty and belonging and protect them from falling into the clutches of intellectual deviation, extremism and terrorism, from which the state has suffered for periods of time that are not In a few, the current research aimed to determine the role of national youth conferences in achieving political empowerment of youth by applying the study to a sample of 420 male and female students from Ain Shams and Zagazig universities, whether participants in attending those conferences or following them, and the results revealed that those conferences contributed to Shaping the political awareness of young people by encouraging them to participate actively in politics and supporting the values of loyalty and belonging to the community, as well as organizing a group of university events as models for these conferences to train students on freedom of opinion and respect for the other opinion, raising political issues and participating in decision-.making and decision-making.
