|a تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية موضوعا كثر الكلام عليه واللغط فيه، إذ أن موضوعات الوحي وما يتعلق بها وما أتت به من أمور وأحكام سالت فيها أقلام الكتاب والمصنفين والمفكرين في القديم والحديث، وما هذا البحث إلا تكملة لما سود ونشر في هذا المجال، فتحدثت فيه عن معنى السنة المنشئة للأحكام وأقسامها وتفريعاتها وأحكامها ثم ذكرت أهم الأدلة العقلية على ثبوتها، ثم أردفتها بالشبه والدعاوى التي قبل عنها أنها عقلية، كما تناولت بالدراسة والتوضيح والبيان كل مسألة من هذه المسائل وذلك بذكر الحجج والبراهين القوية والأدلة الساطعة في بابها إظهارا للحق ونصرة لسنة النبي العدنان.
