المستخلص: أدت الأحداث السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية التي حدثت على مستوى مدينة الموصل بعد أحداث عصابات داعش وما تبعها من متغيرات مجتمعية إلى تطور وبروز دور عمل المنظمات غير حكومية ولاسيما الدولية منها بوصفها جزءا من الاهتمام العالمي لإعمار وتنمية مدينة الموصل، ومن هذا المنطلق قد عملت عدة منظمات دولية على تفعيل العمل التطوعي في المدينة في الجانب الاجتماعي والاقتصادي باختلاف الأدوار التي تقوم بها عن عمل الجهات الحكومية الرسمية، لذا قدمت خدماتها للشرائح الاجتماعية المختلفة وعلى مستوى كل القطاعات منها لمحاولة تقليل الضغط على عمل الحكومة العراقية، ولاسيما بأن الحكومة كانت عاجزة على مواجهة هذه التحديات فأنها قد خرجت من أكبر أزمة إنسانية في تاريخ العالم. ولذا هنا جاء موضوع بحثنا ليركز على بعض المنظمات غير حكومية ودورها في التنمية الاجتماعية، وقد تناول هذا البحث مبحثين تناول المبحث الأول منها التعريف بالمنظمات الغير الحكومية التي عملت في مدينة الموصل وماهي ابرز هذه المنظمات التي عملت في هذا المجال، ومن ثم تناول عمل المنظمات في جانب التنمية الاجتماعية، في حين تناول المبحث الثاني ذكر ابرز التحديات لعمل المنظمات غير حكومية، مع طرح رؤية استشراقيه لعمل المنظمات الغير حكومية في مدينة الموصل، وأخيرا تم ذكر النتائج التي وصلت إليها الدراسة مع ذكر التوصيات لتفعيل عمل هذه المنظمات في التنمية الاجتماعية لمدينة الموصل.

The political, economic, social and cultural events that took place at the level of the city of Mosul after the events of ISIS gangs and the subsequent societal changes that led to the development and emergence of the role of the work of non-governmental organizations, especially international ones, as part of the global concern for the reconstruction and development of the city of Mosul, and from this standpoint several international organizations have worked To activate volunteer work in the city in the social and economic aspect, in different roles that it plays from the work of the official government agencies, it has provided its services to various social segments and at the level of all sectors in an attempt to reduce pressure on the work of the Iraqi government, especially since the government was unable to face these challenges, as it had I emerged from the largest humanitarian crisis in the history of the world. This research dealt with three topics, the first topic dealt with the definition of non-governmental organizations that worked in the city of Mosul and what are the most prominent of these organizations that worked in this field and mentioned the reasons for the spread of the work of organizations in the city, while the second topic dealt with the work of organizations in the aspect of social development, while The third topic dealt with mentioning the most prominent pros and cons of the work of non-governmental organizations, and finally the results of the study were mentioned with mentioning the recommendations in order for the reconstruction and development campaign to be in the best image for the city of Mosul.
