|a تمثل الأسرة المدرسة الصغيرة التي يتلقى فيها الطفل أبجديات الحياة من أساليب المعاملة إلى التعايش، وباختلال جو الأسرة الذي يعيش فيه الطفل، الذي يعكس شخصيته وسلوكه، فإما أن يجد الرعاية الكاملة من حب وحنان ودفء عائلي التي تجعل منه عنصرا فعالا في المجتمع وتنبته نباتا حسنا، وإما أن يكون جو الأسرة متوترا وعنيفا يعود عليه سلبا فتغلب عليه طباع الخوف والقلق والخجل وأحيانا طباع العدائية والحقد، إن عدم الاحتواء الأبوي للأطفال بسبب الظروف الاجتماعية المختلفة يولد لدى الطفل الرغبة في البحث عن ما لم يجده في الوسط العائلي بالخروج إلى الشارع الذي يحتضنه والذي يعرضه لجميع أنواع الخطر التي تتسم عليها ظاهرة العنف بجميع إشكالها. وتهدف هذه لدراسة إلى الوقوف على ظاهرة العنف ضد الأطفال ودور المجتمع في التصدي لها، وذلك من خلال اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الخاصة بحماية الأطفال التي بدورها جرمت مختلف أشكال العنف ضد الأطفال، وموقف المشرع الجزائري من خلال القانون 15- 12 المتلق بالطفل.
|b The family represents the small school in which the child receives the basics of life from methods of treatment to coexistence, and the imbalance of the family atmosphere in which the child lives, which reflects his personality and behavior, Either he finds complete care of love, tenderness and family warmth that makes him an active element in society and grows a good plant, or if the family atmosphere is tense and violent, which negatively affects him, so he is overcome by the nature of fear, anxiety, shyness, and sometimes the nature of hostility and hatred. The lack of parental containment of children due to different social conditions generates in the child the desire to search for what he did not find in the family environment by going out to the street that embraces him and which exposes him to all kinds of danger that characterizes the phenomenon of violence in all its forms. This study aims to identify the phenomenon of violence against children and the role of society in addressing it, through the United Nations Convention on the Protection of Children, which in turn criminalizes various forms of violence against children, and the position of the Algerian legislator through Law 15-12 receiving children.
